Objectives:Through retrospective analysis of the detection results about human papillomavirus(HPV) and the case information about cervical cancer patients, the distribution about the infection of different HPV types and the distribution of HPV infection in patients with cervical cancer in Hengyang city, to provide epidemiological basis for the development of HPV vaccine and analysis the prognosis of HPV with different treatment options on cervical cancer patients; and explore the best treatment options for patients with HPV infection in cervical cancer. Methods and objects : A retrospective study was performed involving a sample of 7683 women with HPV detection results and the case information about cervical cancer patients derived from January 2012 to July 2015 in Hengyang First Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua University. The United States Luminex 200 multi function flow lattice analyzer were used to detect HPV-DNA, and summarize the data, comparative analysis.Results:(1) In 7683 specimens, the positive rate of HPV-DNA was 24.40%, which HR-HPV(high-risk human papillomavirus) suffers were 83.20%. Most of HPV suffers(77.33%) were single infections in Hengyang City, in this population, HPV-16(23.93%) was the most common HPV types, followed by HPV-52(15.93%), HPV-58(6.83%), VI HPV-53(6.14%), HPV-39(5.24%), HPV-6(4.34%), HPV-18(3.86%), HPV-81(3.31%).(2) In 7683 specimens, among 346 cases diagnosed as cervical cancer, 278 cases were HPV positive(positive rate 80.35%), which HRHPV suffers were 79.77%. The most common types still a single type infection(91.73%), type 16(70.20%) was the most common HPV types, followed by type 18(10.98%), 58(5.10%).(3) The different ages of cervical cancer patients with different HPV infection, at the age of 25-29 and above 65 years old the infection rate of HPV(100%, 94.1%) reached the peak, But the age of HPV infection rate was not statistically significant.(4) In 324 cases with histopathological classification of patients with cervical cancer, HPV-18, HPV-16 infection rates were 60.2% and 6.6% in patients with squamous cell carcinoma, 32.1% and 21.4% in adenocarcinoma. The rate of HPV-18 infection was 42.9% while HPV-16 infection was not detected in adenosquamous carcinoma.(5) Before the treatment the 125 cases of cervical cancer patients with HPV positive, after treatment within two years of cumulative HPV negative rate was 88%. The negative rate of HPV was 89.3% after surgery, 87.5% in chemotherapy and radiotherapy, 87.5% in chemotherapy and surgery in which the negative rate of HPV was 86.54% after treatment with docetaxel bined with surgery,88.89% after treatment with paclitaxel liposome bined with surgery, The negative rate of HPV between the groups was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion :(1) Most of HPV suffers(77.33%) were single infections in Hengyang city, in this population, HPV-16(23.93%) was the most common HPV types, followed by HPV-52(15.93%), HPV-58(6.83%), HPV-53(6.14%), HPV-39(5.24%), HPV-6(4.34%), HPV-18(3.86%), HPV-81(3.31%). Accordingly, we needs the development of the nine valent vaccine including HPV type 16 combined with HPV type 18, 52, 58,39,6, 81.(2) The HPV-16 was mainly associated with cervical squamous cell carcinoma, while HPV-18 was mainly associated with adenocarcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma; however, the level of the pathological grading of cervical carcinoma was independent of HPV infection.(3) The conversion rate of HPV using different treatments had no statistically significant.
