Objective: In order to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of cervical cancer(CC)in Wuhan,we investigated the distribution of female human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and genotype in Wuhan Central Hospital.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 35948 cases of HPV typing in women in the gynaecological clinic of Wuhan Central Hospital affiliated to Huazhong University of Science and Technology in the past 4 years.The SPSS statistical method was used to statistically analyze the HPV infection rate,HPV infection trend and HPV type distribution in Wuhan in the past 4 years.To analyze the infection status of female human papillomavirus in different age groups and the HPV infection in different grades of cervical lesions.Result:1.Among the 35,948 women who underwent HPV typing,the infection rate was 21.9%.The single infection rate was 15.8%,the multiple infection rate was 6.1%,the high-risk HPV infection rate was 19.0%,and the low-risk HPV infection rate was 5.4%.Among the 21 HPV subtypes detected,the top five high-risk HPV were HPV-52,58,53,16,39;the top three low-risk HPV were HPV-81,6 and 44.There was a downward trend in HPV infection rates and no significant difference in the single infection rate and multiple infection rates of HPV during the four years from 2015 to 2015.2.HPV infection rate in the 18-24 age group was 30.8%;25-34 year old group: 21.6%;35-44 year old group: 19.9%;45-54 year old group: 21.7%;55-64 year old group: 26.1%;greater than 64-year-old group: 20.5%.The differences between the age groups were statistically significant.3.The HPV infection rate in different grades of cervical lesions was 96.3% in the cervical cancer group,95.0% in the CINIII group,91.9% in the CINII group,and 83.2% in the CINI group.The difference was statistically significant.As the level of cervical lesions increases,the rate of HPV infection increases.The top five high-risk HPVs in all cervical lesions were: HPV-16,52,58,33,18.Conclusions:1.The incidence of cervical HPV infection in women in gynecological clinics in Wuhan is 21.9%.Mainly due to high-risk HPV infection,the top five high-risk HPV infections were HPV-52,58,53,16,39;the top three low-risk HPV were HPV-81,6,44.The HPV infection rate has a downward trend between 2015 and 2018.2.The prevention and screening of cervical cancer in women aged 18-24 and 55-64 years should be emphasized.3.The high-risk HPV are HPV-16,52,58,33,and 18 which can cause cervical lesions.And a single HPV infection is more likely to cause cervical cancer.
