Atopic dermatitis(Atopic, Dermatitis, AD) is a common chronic inflammation, pruritus and recurrent skin disease More common in children and adolescents, often accompanied by an increase in the total IgE of eosinophils and serum, patients or families with a history of allergic disease. The incidence of AD increased year by year, and approximately 35% AD patients with food allergy-related. Therefore, clearly and effectively avoid the allergen is one of the effective means of treatment of atopic dermatitis and prevent its recurrence. Objective: To explore the clinical application of the Skin prick test, food specific IgE, food allergic specific Ig G tests in children with atopic dermatitis, evalua the relevance and consisitency.Analysis part of food allergy in patients with differet ages. Methods: We used Skin prick test, food specific IgE, food allergic specific IgG tests detected 3 kinds of food allergic of 100 AD patients and 20 healthy children. The degrees of allergization were observed and compared with age and kind of detecting methods. Adopts SPSS18.0 statistical processing. Results: 1.AD patients(n = 100) serum specific IgE, food allergic specific IgG positive rate is significantly higher than healthy control group(n= 20).2. The difference of the positive rate of Skin prick test, specific Ig E and food allergic specific IgG tests were sifnificant(chi-square = 51.82, P <0.01).The highest positive rate was food allergic specific IgG.3. Different ages of AD patients, the positive rate of Skin prick test, specific IgE and food allergic specific IgG tests were different. Within 6month patients, the highest rate of positive was Skin prick test, followed by food allergic specific IgG tests. 7 ~ 12 month patients, skin prick test and food allergic specific IgG tests positive rate were 80.0%. Patients with more than 12 month, food allergic specific IgG positive rate is highest. Also found that serum sIgE, food allergic specific IgG were positively correlated with age.4. This study followed 85 patients with AD, the curative effect after treatment and avoid suspected allergen remarkableness 65 cases, 20 cases did not see a rash to improve. Of the 13 patients who were again eating milk, 8had a rash of recurrence and(or) exacerbation. Of the 28 patients who were again eating eggs, 16 had a rash of recurrence and(or) exacerbation. Conclusion: 1. Within 3 years old children with AD, the skin prick test, food sIgE and sIgG may be used as allergen detection methods.2. SPT can be used as one means of detection within 6 months AD in children with food allergies.
