Analysis Of Investigation And The Related Factors Of Anxiety, Depression In Patients With Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:By analyzing the 124 cases of the irritable bowel syndrome patients,to explore the incidence of the irritable bowel syndrome in patients with anxiety and depression, to analyze the related factors of the anxiety and depression, to provide a basis and reference of diagnosis and treatment of TCM in patients.Methods:Using a clinical investigation questionnaire to analyze the data with statistical software,to investigate the incidence of the irritable bowel syndrome in patients with anxiety and depression, and the relationship between each factors.Results:The study found that gender, age, course of disease, TCM syndrome, cultural level, smoking and drinking history, gastrointestinal infection history of anxiety and depression in patients with irritable bowel syndrome occurring differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There is no relationship between economic status and dietary habit of the irritable bowel syndrome in patients with anxiety and depression(P>0.05).Conclusion: Clinical response to patients with effective interventions, Reduce the patient's discomfort, improve the quality of life.
