| Objective:To systematically study the pathogenesis of vrial myocarditis by the theory of traditional Chinese Medicine,and observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Myocardial Rehabilitation Capsule for viral myocarditis.Methods : In the treatment of patients with viral myocarditis,124 cases were Syndrome differentiation of Qi and yin deficiency,blood heat toxin,randomly divided into two groups.62 cases in the control group were given Routine treatment of Western Medicine for 4 weeks;the observation group of 62 cases were given myocardial rehabilitation capsule and Routine treatment of Western Medicine.Improvement in clinical symptoms and related indexs were observed before and after the treatment. Through statistical comparison between the observation group and the control group we can observe the treatment effect,and compute the efficiency.Results:The significant effective rate and cure rate of the observation group is 85.48%,and the total efficiency is 93.55%,significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).In the aspect of the effect of TCM Syndromes and the improvement of the main symdroms of the patients,the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of abnormal ECG is also better than the control group(P<0.05).It can also significantly reduce myocardial enzymes and improve left ventricular function,as well as the immune function.Conclusions: Myocardial Rehabilitation Capsule has good curative effect in treating viral myocarditis.Tonifying qi and yin, removing pattogenic heat from the blood and toxic material from the body, is an effective method for the treatment of viral myocarditis. |
