Objective:To observe how Xinle capsule infulent on the Coxsackievirusvirus B3infected BABL/c mice’s serum TNF-α、TGF-β1mRNAexpression. Inquire into the function mechanism that the Xinlecapsule treat Viral myocarditis.Methods:In the experiment, healthy sixty falm BABL/c mice,3weeks old, were divided into six groups randomly: the blackcontrol group, the model control group, the positive control druggroup and the soul capsule high, medium and low dose group,10in each group.Using in situ hybridization technique observe xinlecapsule on pathogenic virulence CVB3myocarditis miceTNF-α、 TGF-β1mRNA expression.Results:Compared with model group, every dose group of xinle capsuleand the treatment group can reduce TNF-α, TGF-β1mRNAexpression of CVB3pathogenic toxicity myocarditis mice, andcurative effect of every dose group of xinle capsule is better thanthe positive control drug group; especially obvious in the highdose Xinle capsule group.Conclusion:1. Every dose of Xinle capsule can reduce TNF-α、TGF-β1mRNA expression.2. Xinle capsule can reduce myocardial inflammation、 resistmyocardial fibrosis、 protect myocardial、 reduce myocardialinjury. |
