Clinical Research Of The External Treatment Of Chinese Medicine By Installment To Promote The Healing Of Surgical Wounds Of Perianal Abscess

Objective: Observe on the Effect of the external treatment of Chinese medicine by installment on the Healing of Surgical Wounds of perianal abscess.Methods: In the included in standard cases to choose 60 patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases each.Both groups were treated by the basis of conventional therapy. In the first stage(Day l-7 after surgery), the patients of the treatment group were smoked and wash with Dandelion detoxification smoked lotion,and changed a medical prescription with Dahuang oil gauze.In the second stage(Day 8-14 after surgery), the patients of the treatment group were smoked and wash with Shengji Yuhong oil gauze,and changed a medical prescription with Shengji Shoulian prescription. The control group were smoked and wash with Potassium permanganate solution(1:5000),and changed a medical prescription with vaseline oil gauze.Observed signs and symptoms in different time periods after surgery,including pain, wound exudate and wound granulation edge growth, etc., and be rated; Record wound healing time required. With the appropriate statistical methods to compare two groups of patients indicators, and for analysis and discussion.Results: Clinical studies shown that,in shorten the time of wound healing, there was a significant difference(P <0.05) between the treatment group and the control group; postoperative14 d, the wound area reduced rate were significantly different(P <0.05); in improving aspects of wound exudate and secretions postoperative 7d, the two groups were significantly different(P <0.05); in improving postoperative wound pain postoperative 7d, the two groups were significantly different(P <0.05);in promoting the growth of granulation, after the first 14 d between two groups were significantly different(P <0.01).Conclusions: The external treatment of Chinese medicine by installment for low perianal abscess after operation, wound healing time was shorter than the control group; the wound-area reduced; in the improvement of perianal abscess after wound exudate,promoting the granulation growth effect is better than the control group.This methods can promote wound healing, improve wound condition.
