Clinical Study On The Therapeutic Effect Of GuiZhiShaoYaoZhiMu Decoction On The Treatment Of Yang Deficiency Type Sj(?)gren''s Syndrome

Sj?gren's syndrome is a kind of chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease, which mainly affects the exocrine gland, It is the second common autoimmune rheumatic disease in China. It Can involve multiple systems, multiple organs, seriously affects the quality of patients' lives. In this study, we use Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction for the prospective clinical observation of SS,in order to provide effective methods and theoretical basis for clinical.Objective:Through the comparative study of hydroxychloroquine, to object the evaluation of Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction on Yang deficiency type SS, in order to verify deficiency of Yang theory is correct, and for further research to provide reasonable assumptions.Methods:70 cases who complied with the standards were randomly classified into two groups, each 35 cases were given hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets. Patients in treatment group were added Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction. Three months were a observation period.The observations were contented by traditional Chinese medicine symptom score, Yang deficiency of quantitative score, the disease activity score, laboratory improvement and safety index. Total curative effect is based on evaluation to TCM syndrome curative effect criteria.Result:(1)3 cases were fell off and 67 cases were enrolled in the group. There were 35 cases in treatment group and 32 cases in control group;(2) 0 cases were cured after treatment,14 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases effective, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 88.57% in the treatment group; 0 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases effective, 13 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 59.37% in control group; The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(3) After treatment, the two groups can both reduce total score of TCM symptoms and each individual symptom scores,but except of the parotid gland enlargement,espeially in reduce dry mouth, dry eye integral, the treatment group was better than the control group, with significant difference,(P<0. 05).(4)In improving the symptoms of Yang deficiency,the treatment group can reduce the total score,while the control group could not; The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the symptoms of Yang deficiency(P<0.05).(5) In laboratory tests, the two groups could reduce the ESR, CRP and immunoglobulin protein(IgG, IgM, IgA) and increase the tear, salivary secretory volume. All of the above has significant difference,(P<0. 05).(6)There were no significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment in the aspects of safety indexesConclusions:Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction can improve the efficacy of simple western medicine in the treatment of SS, enhancing hydroxychloroquine regulating organism immunity and inhibit inflammatory reaction, improve Yang deficiency type SS clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome; verify the insufficiency of Yang Qi, gasification dereliction of duty is the important mechanism of the SS, warming gas can do the basical principle of treatment for this disease.
