Objective: to analyze the risk factors and clinical features of venous thromboembolism(Thromboembolism VTE Venous) after trauma in our hospital during the last 2 years. To discuss the differences of various risk factors for the formation of venous thromboembolism, and to provide epidemiological evidence for the early diagnosis and the prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism. Methods: collect January 2014 to 2015 December occupancy of Fujian Medical University, Department of vascular surgery; the First Affiliated Hospital of venous thromboembolism in patients with a total of 145 cases. Data collection included in the patient's hospital number, name, age, length of time, body mass index(BMI), past history of DVT, hypertension, diabetes, history of trauma, operation history, admission lower extremity swelling time, type of DVT, symptoms of PTE and whether there is other parts of thrombosis and other related clinical data, a retrospective analysis of the clinical characteristics and risk factors in the backyard of the trauma of VTE. All patients had lower limb deep vein angiography, lower extremity venous color Doppler ultrasound or pulmonary artery CTA in 1 weeks. Analysis of VTE in trauma backyard outside the age and sex composition, risk factors and clinical features. Further analysis of discharged patients after the surgical departments after the occurrence of VTE in each age layer distribution, type composition, distribution to which several departments, high-risk time window and prognosis. Results: the trauma occurred outside the VTE backyard in the age group of 40-59 accounted for 49%, 60-79 age group accounted for 37.3%, 20-39 age group accounted for 11%, 80-99 age group accounted for 2.7%. After the trauma occurred outside the hospital in 145 cases of VTE single DVT127 cases accounted for 89.6%, 11 cases of solitary PTE accounted for 7.6%, DVT combined with PTE for 7 cases accounted for 4.8%. Trauma to the backyard of VTE high risk factors in common are: chronic respiratory disease, chronic cardiovascular disease, diabetes, lower extremity venous diseases, past history of VTE, oral contraceptives history, cerebral infarction history, tumor, smoking, brake, which ranked the top three high-risk factors: chronic disease of cardiovascular system(26.3%), tumor(15.2%), smoking(13.4%). Clinical manifestations of VTE occurs outside the hospital patients with DVT mainly for lower limb swelling and pain, patients with PTE general performance for chest tightness, dizziness, cough. The fifth hospital of VTE in patients with previous surgical history ranked the first three Distribution Department is:Department of gynaecology and Obstetrics(36%), orthopedics(31%) and vascular surgery(19%). The history of previous surgery patients in postoperative VTE high risk time window for 15-30 days(31.6%), 8 to 14 days(26.3%), 31-45 days(15.8%). The backyard trauma VTE deep vein thrombosis usually occurs in the left lower extremity. The more common type of whole limb left lower limb. Conclusion: the age of 40-59 years old was the high incidence age of VTE.Chronic cardiovascular disease, history of cancer and smoking were the high risk factors for the top three of the VTE. PTE the most typical symptoms of chest tightness, dizziness, cough, and clinical symptoms of DVT mainly showed lower extremity swelling. The number of VTE cases of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Department of orthopedics, after vascular surgery patients in hospital of the ranking in all departments in. In the time period of VTE occurred in the backyard these wounds in patients with VTE after surgery in 2 to 3 weeks. Deep venous thrombosis usually occurs in the left leg, the left lower limb all limb type is more common.
