With the rapid development of economy and the accelerated process of industrialization,people’s living environment has suffered great pressure.Especially in the mining industry,metal smelting,the rapid development of chemical industry,followed by the three wastes(waste water,waste gas,waste residue)emissions.People living environment in the air,water,soil and other severely affected,and the life and health of the people is difficult to be guaranteed.The water quality and safety problems seriously affect the life.If direct drinking clean water or eating the contaminated food will harm human health.Based on the analysis of water quality and health situation is the focus of the study,this paper by tracking a sample survey of eight food production water export processing enterprises in Longkou region,according to the GB 5749-2006<sanitary standard for drinking water>and GB/T 5750-2006<standard examination methods for drinking water>requirements for sample collection,processing,storage,samples.Sample test items mainly include:microbial indicators,toxic substances,physical and chemical indexes.In the aspect of data processing,the detection data issued by the inspection and quarantine laboratory as the foundation,adopting the research method of comparison and contrast combination,analysis of the water quality safety of water for food processing enterprises,to determine compliance with national standards,and then analyzes the existing problems,find out the reasons for the enterprise.In order to ensure the report detailed,accurate and reliable,comparable data,according to the national standards to extract water samples,and were grouped according to a certain order,combine the macroscopic data and the microscopic data,and using the the quantitative analysis method,combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and using statistical charts and other forms of analysis result will be clear,intuitive,dig The potential rules and information contained in the data dig,but also increase the objectivity and reliability of the analysis conclusion.This paper provide reference for enterprises or relevant departments to formulate solutions,provide a theoretical basis for risk analysis and early warning control,promote the inspection and quarantine work to better serve the import and export enterprises,and promote the healthy development of foreign trade in Longkou.Based on the eight food production and processing enterprises import and export area of Longkou Water Sampling tracking for a period of 1 years,the twelve batch sampling.Microbial indicators,total coliform and thermotolerant coliform bacteria were not detected,without water bacteria index.There are 6 enterprises in 8 batches appear to exceed the standard,accounting for a total of 8.3%batches processing after 1 enterprises in 1 batches of the total batches appear exceed the standard,1%.shows that the water processing enterprises are not garbage pollution waste or production.The difference in the total number of bacteria before and after disinfection processing water significantly,good disinfection measures that enterprises,processing and processing of water can be controlled in a small range an average of less than 30CFU/mL.of heavy metals and other physical and chemical indicators,As,Pb,Hg,Cd,nitrite nitrogen,fluoride,cyanide content was far less than GB 5749-2006 limited,8 enterprises for processing The water content index of mean difference was not statistically significant,less affected by the location.11 pesticide residues were not detected.The index test showed that the total water consumption of processing good,import and export enterprises in the production and processing of water safety,meet GB5749-2006 requirements.
