This paper from the five counties in chongqing northeast took 34 wild solomonseal rhizome,4 roots,4 copies of leaves and 4 seeds,mention alcohol sink with waterspectrophotometer method to determine the crude polysaccharide content,acid hydrolysis,amino acid automatic analyser is used to test the content of 17 kinds of amino acids,it was determined by atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence 5 kinds of heavy metal content,using gas chromatography mass spectrometry meter method to measure its 27 kinds of levels of pesticide residues,solomonseal rhizome and compare different area in different parts of rhizoma polygonati polysaccharide and amino acid content of effective components,and the situation of pesticide residue and heavy metal pollution.The results showed that 85.29% of the crude polysaccharide content of wild Polygonatum sinensis in Northeast Chongqing met the pharmacopoeia requirements.The crude polysaccharide content of rhizoma of Polygonatum sinensis in different districts and counties ranged from 6.31±0.73 g/100 g to 17.19±2.20 g/100 g.The content of crude polysaccharide in some counties was significantly different.he roots(12.00±0.93 g/100g),leaves(9.68±0.09 g/100g)and seeds(11.32±0.1 g/100g)also contained abundant crude polysaccharides.17 kinds of amino acids(7.161±3.488 g/100 g,3.185-17.4 g/100g)were detected in the rhizomes of wild Polygonatum flavescens,including 7 kinds of essential amino acids(2.090±1.034 g/100 g,0.78?5.548 g/100g).The contents of glutamic acid and histidine were higher,accounting for 42.89% of the total amino acid,and cystine was the lowest,only accounting for 0.70%.The content of lysine was the highest and that of isoleucine was the lowest in essential amino acids.The total amino acids and essential amino acids were the highest in Wushan County and the lowest in Liangping County,but there was no significant difference in contents among different regions.In addition,it was found that the content of amino acids in leaves of Rhizoma polygonati was significantly higher than that in roots,whiskers and seeds,and its value was about twice that in seeds.The contents of chromium,lead,cadmium,arsenic and mercury in the roots and stem of Rhizoma polygonati were in order,and the correlation coefficients were 0.070?0.809.The contents of chromium and arsenic(0.980±0.118 mg/kg and 0.246±0.006 mg/kg)in Rhizoma polygonati were significantly higher than those in other districts and counties,and the contents of cadmium and lead ranked second.The content of lead(0.353±0.406mg/kg)in Fengjie was the highest,and the content of chromium was the second.The cadmium content of stone pillars(0.279±0.015 mg/kg)was significantly higher than that of other districts and counties.However,the five heavy metals in Liangping and Wanzhou were all at a low level.The content of Cr,Cd,Hg and As in root was the highest,and there was significant difference between root and other parts.The content of Pb in rhizome was significantly higher than that in other parts,and the content of Cd and Hg was the second.Chromium and arsenic were not detected in seeds.No arsenic was detected in leaves.None of the 27 pesticides were detected in the wild Rhizoma polygonati samples.The results showed that the rhizomes,leaves and seeds of wild Rhizoma polygonati in Northeast Chongqing were rich in polysaccharides and amino acids,and the content of heavy metals was low,and no pesticide residues were detected,which indicated that the quality of wild Rhizoma polygonati in Northeast Chongqing was high and had great value for development and utilization.However,the quality of wild Polygonatum polygonatum in different regions and counties was different.
