Objective in this study,perform the destroying operation on primary solitary tract nucleus in rats with gastric mucosal injury,and use the methods of tectologyand molecular biology,to observe the effect of NTS after moxibustioned at acupoint Zusanli(ST36)on acute gastric mucosal lesion.Methods:According to the random number table,the 48 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,12 rats in each group,respectively:Normal control group(Group A);Model group(Group B);Moxibustion + model group(Group C);Moxibustion + model + the NTS destroyed group(Group D).The gastric mucosal injury model were made by anhydrous ethanol,then aspirin mixed suspension for 3 consecutive days to maintain the injury.(group A dealt with physiological saline),the gastric mucosal damage index(UI)was calculated by Guth method,and the protein Bcl-2/Bax,HSP70 in rat gastric mucosa was detected by Western-blot.Results:1.The gastric mucosa of B group was obviously damaged(P=0.000),which showed that the model of gastric mucosa damage induced by anhydrous ethanol was successful.The UI index of group C and D than group B has a different degree of decline(P<0.01,P<0.05),the UI index of group D higher than group C(P<0.01).2.The expression of Bcl-2 in gastric mucosa in group C and group D was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.01)and the D group was lower than the C group(P<0.05),but the expression of Bax in gastric mucosa in group C and group D was obviously higher than that in group B(P<0.05)and the C group was lower than the D group(P<0.05).The expression of HSP-70 was lower in group D than group C(P<0.05).The expression of HSP70 in gastric mucosa in group C and group D was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.01).The expression of HSP-70 was lower in group D than group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion at Zusanli point(ST 36)has obvious regulation effect on the gastric mucosa injury,and the NTS damaged had obvious inhibition effect on the protective effect.which is proved that NTS is an important regulator of the expression of gastric mucosal injury.
