ObjectiveTo investigate the distribution of glycolipid toxicity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and explore the relationship between Syndromes and FPG*TG.To provide an objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to provide new ideas for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods173 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 45 healthy subjects were selected as the subjects, then divided 173 involved patients into a deficiency of fluid with excessive lung heat syndrome group,a hyperactivity of stomach-heat syndrome group,a deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome group,a deficiency of the kidney yin syndrome group, and a deficiency of both YIN and YANG syndrome group.Mensurate fasting blood-glucose and fasting triglyceride, and calculation FPG*TG.The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0,and the correlation between TCM syndrome type and FPG*TG was analyzed.ResultsComparing the FPG*TG of different groups,we found that they were ascending. In each type of syndrome, the FPG*TG of the patients which in phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group were significantly higher than those in the non-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group.Conclusion1.FPG*TG were different among six groups. With the progress of the disease,FPG*TG gradually increased,so we can see it as an objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation of type 2 diabetes mellitus.2.Phlegm and blood stasis are the pathological basis of increasing the toxicity of glycolipids. So the method of resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation can improve the toxicity of glycolipids.
