Objective:Viral Encephalitis is the parenchyma inflammation caused by viral infection, which can lead to damage of neurons and neural tissue lesions. It usually refers to the epidemic VE.In recent years, the proportion of children with viral encephalitis caused by intestinal virus, herpes virus etc.increased, such as herpes simplex virus?EB virus, etc.VE is a common disease of the infection in central nervous system,3.67~4.33/10 annual incidence, and generally is critical, untreated case fatality rate is as high as 60%-70%.The clinical manifestation of VE is heterogeneity, and the pathogen detection means is limited,so the diagnosis mainly depends on clinical features, eeg, biochemical inspection data and CT imaging, which may lead to the delay of diagnosis and treatment,so this will affect the prognosis.VE in children tend to be urgency, heavy symptoms and high mortality and morbidity,so early diagnosis of recognition, active treatment is the key to reduce the case fatality rate, morbidity and improve prognosis.L-selectin,P-selectin,s VCAM-1 are associated with the development of many diseases, however, the three indicators combined detection in the role of children viral encephalitis has not yet been reported. The purpose of this paper is to further explore the relationship between the children with VE and the slelctin s VCAM-1.This study is related to the analysis and detection of L-selectin,P-selectin,s VCAM-1 content in viral encephalitis and cerebrospinal fluid, research the content of L-selectin,P-selectin,s VCAM-1 and study their level change and explore their expression in viral encephalitis and cerebrospinal fluid and the relationship between disease severity and progression, moreover, analysis their correlation in order to guide clinical practice, which provides new thinking for clinical treatment and revelation, and objective basis for judging illness, guiding treatment, observating curativeeffect and long-term effect outlook. Methods : 63 children with viral encephalitis in my hospital from September in 2014 to October in 2015 pediatric hospital.(1)The group of viral encephalitis are 63.(2)Select control group 20 cases(3)According to clinical signs, children with viral encephalitis can be divided into intensive group 28 cases, mild group 35 cases.(4)Children with viral encephalitis group after 2-3 weeks effective treatment after clinical recovery to recover group. The above cases meet the diagnostic criteria of the Zhu Fu Tang Practical Pediatrics.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay double antibody clip art is used to detect the L-selectin,P-selectin,s VCAM-1 in serum and cerebrospinal fluid. Results: 1 Two groups of general data comparison,Brain disease group and control group, severe group mild group and control group in age,sex differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).2 By comparing L-selectin,P-selectin,and s VCAM-1 in children with viral encephalitis disease brain group, the cerebrospinal control group, the index test level above of disease brain group is significantly higher than the control group,so the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).3 By comparing L-selectin,P-selectin and s VCAM-1 in children with viral encephalitis recovery period, the control group of cerebrospinal fluid and serum, the test level of them in recovery period, the control group of cerebrospinal fluid and serum, the difference in recovery and control group has no statistical significance(P >0.05).4 By comparing L-selectin,P-selectin and s VCAM-1 in children with viral encephalitis mild group, severe group, control group, the test level of them in mild and severe group is significantly higher than the control group and the test level is significantly higher than the mild group,so the difference is statistically significant(P< 0.05).5 The correlation analysis of detection index in the children with viral encephalitis disease brain group of cerebrospinal fluid and serum.Accordingto Pearson correlation analysis, the content of L-selectin,P-selectin and s VCAM-1 between CSF and serum is significantly positive correlation(r1=0.712,r2=0.874,r3=0.792;P<0.01).Conclusion: 1 The research indicators of children with viral encephalitis is positively associated with the degree of severity and disease progression, which provides objective basis for clinical judgment, and research index were positively associated with the degree of level and clinical progress, provide reference for clinical for clinical illness recovery.2 The research index of children with viral encephalitis in the blood and cerebrospinal fluid is significantly positive correlated, which provides experimental basis for feasibility of blood instead of cerebrospinal check.
