| Object:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yuyin Qingre decotion in reflux esophagitis (RE) after esophageal carcinoma operation, and to explore its mechanism of action, to provide more safe iand effective therapies for clinical treatment. Method:All forty subjects in this study were diagnosed as stomach yin deficiency type reflux esophagitis after operation of esophageal cancer in outpatient of thoracic surgery department in Huai'an First People's Hospital, Nanjing Medical University, from October 2015 to April 2016. They with the history of radical operation of thoracic and gastrectomy for esophageal cancer after 6months to 3 years were randomly divided into two groups. There were no significant difference (P>0.05) between two groups for gender, age, course of disease, symptom etc., which indicated comparable between the two groups. Treatment group was given Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease with Modified Zuqjin Pill and Maimendong Decoction and omeprazole, and the control group was treated with omeprazole plus domperidone. Results:There were significant difference (P<0.001) between two groups for total score of TCM symptom, Scores of the Nelenium Scale, Changes of esophageal mucosa in endoscopy etc. after treatment, and the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group. According to TCM syndrome curative effect evaluation standard,17 out of 20 cases (85%) showed markedly effective, and 3 cases (15%) showed effective in the treatment group. There were 3 cases(15%) markedly effected,17 cases(85%) effected. There was significant difference (P<0.001) between the two groups for Significant efficiency by Chi-square test, which showed the comprehensive effect in treatment group better than the control group. Conclusions:Though the analysis, it is shown that the method of Yuyin Qingre decotion has great curative effect on RE after esophageal carcinoma operation. The study results make great base for farther research. |
