Clinical Study On The Relationship Between Laboratory Index And Traditional Chinese Medicine Type Of Tvpe2Diabetic Nephropathy Syndrome

Objective：This paper mainly discusses the intrinsic1ink between thedifferentiation for syndrome classification of diabetes nephropathy(DN)and the clinical objective of Hcy、 Cys-C、hs-CRP、24-hour urine proteinand so on, which provides a reference for DN and theoretical basis andclinical arguments for the combination treatment of DN by TCM and WesternMedicine.Methods：This paper selects47patients which diagnosed with DN by thedepartment of Endocrinology of Qi Lu Hospital of Shan Dong University.The selected patients are divided into qi yin Deficiency type and spleenand kidney yang virtual type and the yin and yang Deficiency type. We makea detailed talking about the disease history and systematically physicalexamination and Laboratory examination of relevant indicators for eachpatient in order to comparing with normal controls. All the measurementdata with X±S(mean士standard deviations) that would use the test, X2test with count data and observations were statistically analyzed by usingSPSS17.0. Results:1.The spleen and kidney yang virtual type’s patients’level of FPG、HbA1c of DN is higher than the normal controls、the qi yin Deficiencytype and the yin and yang Deficiency type（P＜0.05），so there is statisticalsense.2.The qi yin Deficiency type、the spleen and kidney yang virtual typeand the yin and yang Deficiency type’s level of Cys-C、hs-CRP、24-hoururine protein of DN is higher than the normal control’s（P＜0.05），sothere is statistical sense.3.The spleen and kidney yang virtual type and the yin and yangDeficiency type’s level of BUN、Cr、Hey、UA the qi yin Deficiency typeand the normal control’s（P＜0.05），so there is statistical sense.4.With the development of the qi yin Deficiency type、the spleen andkidney yang virtual type and the yin and yang Deficiency type,24-hour urineprotein is gradually becoming high.There is statistical sense in eachother.Conclusion： The yin and yang Deficiency type of DN patients isassociated with FPG、HbA1c’s level.The qi yin Deficiency type of DNpatients’ level of Cys-C、hs-CRP is usually higher than type2Type2Diabetic medicine. The spleen and kidney yang virtual type and the yin andyang Deficiency type’S level of BUN、Cr、Hey、UA is usually high.Withthe development of the qi yin Deficiency type、the spleen and kidney yangvirtual type and the yin and yang Deficiency type,24-hour urine proteinis gradually becoming high.There is statistical sense in each other.
