Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Chinese Medicine Combined Acupuncture In Treatment Of Infertility Caused By Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effct of Bu Shen Shu Gan Method combined Acupuncture in treatment of Infertility caused by Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome.Methods:Sixty-seven patients with these disease were equally divided into two groups at random:acupuncture and Chinese medicine group, Western medicine group. After the treatment of three menstrual cycles,we observe the ovulation and pregnancy,the recurrence of Luteinized Unruptured Follicle,the improvement of Cervical mucus and Basal body temperature,the improvement of TCM symptoms, past medical history and ovulation, the relationship between pregnancy,meanwhile to analysis the relation between course, age, infertility type and after treatment effect.Results:(1) After treatment with Bu Shen Shu Gan Method combined Acupuncture, ovulation rate, controling LUF cycle on recurrence are significantly better than western medicine group(P<0.01),and there is no difference between the two groups of pregnancy rate.(2) The cervical mucus and basal body temperature condition are improved in the acupuncture and Chinese medicine group,and there are significant differences between the groups(P<0.01).(3)The Chinese medicine clinical symptoms were obviously improved, and there are significant differences between the groups(P<0.01).(4) Chinese medicine is compared between patients of age, duration and infertility type without closely related to ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.(5)Who had a history of pelvic infection or EMS with oviposit rate, pregnancy rate has certain correlation.Conclusion:After treatment with Bu Shen Shu Gan Method combined Acupuncture,patients of ovulation rate,controlling LUF cycle on recurrence rate are improved, and there are advantage on improving patients'clinical symptoms and certain value of clinical applications.
