Clinical Research Of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction On Coronary Heart Disease Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris Whose Symptom Belongs To Blood Stasis In The Heart Vessels

Objective: The research took the stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients whose symptom belongs to blood stasis in the heart vessels as our objects,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of xuefu zhuyu decoction in treatment of this type of patients.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.30 cases in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,another 30 cases in the observation group were treated with xuefu zhuyu decoction on the basis of control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,compare the changes of the two groups on clinical efficacy,electrocardiogram,blood lipid,blood rheology and other related metrics.Results: Compared with the control group,the observation group can significantly reduce the Frequency of angina,Lower TG,TC,LDL levels,and increase HDL levels(P<0.05,P<0.01).the total effective rate of observation Group and control group were Respectively 86.67% and 66.67%.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: xuefu zhuyu decoction combined with conventional Western medicine for treatment of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina whose symptom belongs to blood stasis in the heart vessels can effectively relieve symptoms,improve the viscosity of the blood.xuefu zhuyu decoction is safe and effective and it is very important in our daily treatment.
