Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris By Xuefu Zhuyu Mixture Clinical Study Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Objective to study the efficacy and appropriate dosage of Xuefu Zhuyu mixture in treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)and its clinical safety.Method:1.A randomized parallel controlled trial was used in this study.A total of 60 patients were included.All patients were patients with stable angina pectoris(grade I and II).The 30 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,of which 30 were in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.In the end,there was no clinical shedding group.The test method was: the test group(Xuefu Zhuyu mixture 20 ml,3 times / day,oral),and the control group(no treatment),and the observation week was 4 weeks.2.observe and record the use of nitroglycerin,TCM syndrome and integral,angina pectoris(attack times,pain degree,duration)and the dynamic changes of ECG,and then carry out statistical analysis to explore the specific treatment of stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)by Xuefu Zhuyu mixture.The appropriate dosage was preliminarily discussed.3.in the course of observation,the laboratory examination of the subjects(including blood analysis,urine analysis,liver and kidney function,coagulation function,etc.)has changed,and there is no adverse reaction during the test,to evaluate its safety.4.all data were analyzed by SAS9.1.3 statistical software.Result:1.the two groups were significantly different in age,sex,other cardiovascular diseases and angina pectoris before the test.2.the TCM syndrome of the subjects before and after treatment: the effective rate of the experimental group was 80%,the effective rate of the control group was 41.7%,and the test group was higher than the control group.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.the result of angina pectoris: before and after treatment,it can be seen that the effective rate of the experimental group was 73.3% and the control group was 20%.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.electrocardiogram effect comparison: the effect of electrocardiogram before and after treatment can be concluded,the effective rate of the test group was 66.7% and the control group was 13.3%.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.there was no significant change in vital signs,blood analysis,urine analysis,renal function,liver and kidney function and coagulation function between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu mixture is safe and effective in treating stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).
