Diabetic Retinopathy Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Types And Fundus Image Correlation Analysis

ObjectiveDiabetic retinopathy of TCM syndrome type and close relationship,ophthalmic imaging findings for the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy provide guiding significance to the treatment and prognostic judgement.MethodsWe used prospective study method,the patient of the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy were choiced by the standard between December 2014 and December 2016 in Guangdong Provincial Hospital,including 80 cases(80 eyes),according to the card type could be divided into 3 groups,group A:Qi and Yin deficiency,two vein stasis type resistance,22 cases(22 eyes);Group B:liver and kidney deficiency,eye alongwith winding 26 cases(26 eyes);Group C:Yin and Yang are two deficiency,blood stasis TanNing 32 cases(32 eyes).Results1.Each general data comparisonGroups of cases on the age,sex,no statistical significance(P>0.05),three groups of patients from the same overall,baseline conditions are consistent,comparable.2.Three type certificate courseQi and Yin deficiency,vein blood stasis resistance type average duration of(5.86 ± 3.152)years;liver and kidney deficiency,mesh winding type alongwith the average duration of(11.04±5.632)years;Yin and Yang are two deficiency,blood stasis type TanNing average duration of(14.59±7.869)years;the single factor analysis of variance,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Groups of visual function aspects(best corrected visual acuity,BCVA)Three groups of cases,Qi and Yin deficiency,two venation and blood stasis type resistance,in the early pathological changes,visual function is affected,the average visual acuity was(0.58±0.23);Liver and kidney deficiency,mesh winding type alongwith average visual acuity was(0.34±0.20);Yin and Yang are two deficiency,blood stasis type TanNing visual acuity was(0.18 ± 0.17)on average,;after statistics analysis,three sets of vision difference there is statistical significance(P<0.05).4.The comparison of the central macular thicknessQi and Yin deficiency,vein blood stasis resistance type average central macular thickness was(249.45 ± 51.493)?m;liver and kidney deficiency,mesh winding type alongwith the average central macular thickness was(316.58 ±79.974)um;Yin and Yang are two deficiency,blood stasis type TanNing average central macular thickness was(455.19 ± 96.583)? m;After statistics analysis,three differences statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The comparison of neovascularization of elsewhere leakage areaQi and Yin deficiency,vein blood stasis resistance type average leakage area was(0.15 ± 0.03)PD neovascularization of elsewhere;liver and kidney deficiency,mesh winding type alongwith neovascularization of elsewhere,average leakage area was(2.78 ± 1.58)PD;Yin and Yang are two deficiency,blood stasis type TanNing angiogenesis average leakage area of(4.11 ± 1.95)PD;after statistics analysis,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Bleeding area to compareDeficiency Qi and Yin,vein blood stasis resistance type average bleeding area(0.24 ± 0.11)PD,liver and kidney deficiency,mesh winding type alongwith new blood vessels average bleeding area(2.88 ± 1.84)PD,Yin and Yang are two deficiency,blood stasis type TanNing average bleeding area(4.30±1.99)PD,repetitive measure analysis of variance by the single factor test was statistically difference(P<0.05).7.TCM syndrome type relationship with diabetic retinopathy in installmentStudy found that two deficiency Qi and Yin,vein blood stasis resistance type,32%,45%,18%for diabetic retinopathy light,medium and severe non proliferation diabetic retinopathy,5%eye for proliferation diabetic retinopathy,liver and kidney deficiency,mesh winding type alongwith,31%and 46%respectively for diabetic retinopathy in the eye,severe non proliferation diabetic retinopathy,23%eye for proliferation diabetic retinopathy,Yin and Yang are two deficiency,blood stasis type TanNing,94%eyes proliferation diabetic retinopathy of diabetic retinopathy,6%for severe eye non proliferation diabetic retinopathy.Conclusion:1.TCM syndrome type and visual correlation with the disease,from Qi and Yin deficiency,vein blood stasis resistance type,liver and kidney deficiency and mesh winding type alongwith to Yin and Yang are two deficiency,blood stasis type TanNing,the vision gradually decline.2.Correlation between TCM syndrome type and course,along with the development of the illness,the longer the duration.Yin and Yang are two deficiency,blood stasis type TanNing longest duration,next to the liver and kidney deficiency,mesh winding type alongwith,Qi and Yin deficiency,vein blood stasis resistance type shortest duration.3.TCM syndrome type and the central macular thickness correlation,Qi and Yin deficiency,vein blood stasis resistance type the thinnest thickness macular center;Yin and Yang are two deficiency,blood stasis type TanNing macular central the thickest;liver and kidney deficiency,mesh winding type alongwith center,the thicker the central macular thickness,suggests that the more serious the edema.4.TCM syndrome type and FFA fluorescein leakage area correlation,Yin and Yang are two deficiency,blood stasis type TanNing most new blood vessels,so the fluorescein leakage area biggest,next to the liver and kidney deficiency,alongwith the ice type,qi and Yin deficiency,two choroid blood stasis resistance type basic no leakage of new blood vessels.5.TCM syndrome type and color pictures eyeground hemorrhage area correlation.Yin and Yang are two deficiency,blood stasis type TanNing bleeding area biggest,next to the liver and kidney deficiency,mesh winding type alongwith,Qi and Yin deficiency,vein blood stasis resistance type smallest bleeding.6.TCM syndrome type and correlation between diabetic retinopathy in installment.Qi and Yin deficiency,vein blood stasis resistance type is given priority to with light,moderate non proliferation diabetic retinopathy;liver and kidney deficiency,eye alongwith winding type is given priority to severe non proliferation diabetic retinopathy;Yin and Yang are two deficiency,blood stasis TanNing type is given priority to with proliferation diabetic retinopathy.
