The Clinical Efficacy Of Shenyu Enema Decoction To Treat Activity Rectum Range Of Ulcerative Colitis

objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety with Shenyu Enema Decoction in curing the range of rectum activity ulcerative colitis.Mehhods:The 60 cases of mild and moderate activity rectum range of ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group with Shenyu Enema Decoction;The control group with the salad oxazine bolt(Pentasa).Total treatment for 3 months.At the end of the treatment,,compare two groups of clinical curative effect?TCM syndrome curative effect?symptoms disappear rate,and monitor the drug safety.Results:Two groups in the clinical efficient and the clinical remission rate,endoscopic response rates,mucosal healing rate has no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).Chinese medicine enema group of TCM syndrome curative effect is superior to salad oxazine suppositories group(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine enema group of patients with abdominal pain?tenesmus symptoms disappear rate(81.5%,86.7%)higher than the salad oxazine suppository group(51.9%,63.3%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms elimination rate of purulent blood,diarrhea with the traditional Chinese medicine enema group compared to the salad oxazine suppositories group was not statistically significant difference(P>0.05).In the two groups had no adverse reaction occurred during the medication.Conclusion:The clinical study had proved that the Shenyu Enema Decoction is safe and effective to cure the activity rectum range of ulcerative colitis,the effect is obvious in improving symptoms,which is worth further clinical research.
