The Clinical Research Of Tonsil Pecking Method In The Treatment Of IgA Nephropathy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of IgA nephropathy with the treatment of Tonsil peck.Aimed at the treatment of the disease looking for new, more safe and effective method.Methods: This study collected 62 cases patients which conform to the standard. The treatment group and control group are both 31 cases,1 patients in treatment group in the treatment process fails due course of treatment, identified as loss case, two groups of treatment cycle is 4 weeks. Treating The control group with ARB, the treatment group adds Tonsil pecking method on the basis of the control group. Observe and record the change of laboratory indexes and clinical symptoms before and after the treatment in the patients of two groups.Results:Through statistical analysis and comparison,the treatment group in improving the patient’s clincal symptoms and laboratory indexes were significantly better than that in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Tonsil pecking method for treating IgA kidney than a simple western medicine treatment has notable curative effect. Embodied in can improve laboratory indicators such as decrease the urine red blood cells, reducing urinary protein, but also can relieve clinical symptoms, and can reduce the recurrence.
