| Chronic tonsillitis is a common disease in ENT. But it does not reach satisfactory effect when we treat it mainly with drugs. Traditional operational methods can cure chronic tonsillitis, but they also can reduce the immunity of the body. But the Tonsil-pecking method is a functional method. To explore its therapeutic mechanism of the treatment to chronic tonsillitis with Tonsil-pecking Method, we take the saliva, blood and tonsilar tissue of every patients before treatment and after treatment to the study of biochemistry, IHC, pathology etc. The conclusion shows this method can open the crypt, cure the chronic inflammation and improve the non-specific immunity in pharynx and the immunity of the whole body.
