Effect Of Shi-bi Decoction To The Seminal Plasma Zinc Of Asthenospermia With Water-retention Due To Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the changes of seminal plasma zinc level,sperm viability,A-level sperm count and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment by using traditional Chinese medicine Fang Shi-bi Decoction to treat spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome.Sperm disease may be the mechanism of action.Methods:From March 2016 to August 1616,90 patients with low grade of spermatozoa with seminal plasma were divided into two groups:the patients with severe spermatozoa,Diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome.90 patients were followed according to the random number table divided into two groups,the treatment group of 45 cases,taking traditional Chinese medicine Shi-bi Decoction;control group of 45 cases,taking zinc gluconate tablets;treatment were 12 weeks.The levels of spermatozoa in the two groups were analyzed before and after treatment for 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks.The sperm motility,the number of spermatozoa of A grade and the TCM syndromes were analyzed before and after treatment at 12 weeks.Score change.SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results:1.There were 3 cases in the treatment group,1 case was lost in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group.One case was found in the treatment group,and 1 case was lost in the treatment group.Group,43 cases of control group of patients observed;2 before treatment,the two groups of patients age,course of disease were no significant difference in the seminal plasma zinc levels,sperm viability,A number of sperm count and TCM syndrome score no statistics The total effective rate was 81.82%;in the control group,5 cases were cured in the control group,and the effective rate was 81.82%in the control group.(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 62.79%The total effective rate was 75.00%;the control group was cured in 5 cases,markedly effective in 8 cases,the effective rate was 75.00%;the control group was cured in 5 cases,markedly effective in 8 cases,Effective in 8 cases,ineffective in 22 cases,the total effective rate(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group of seminal plasma zinc efficacy is better than the control group of seminal plasma zinc effect;5.treatment group(Shi-bi Decoction group),the treatment group(P<0.05)Compared with the control group(zinc gluconate group),there were significant advantages in sperm motility,A grade sperm count and TCM syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shi-bi Decoction can effectively improve the level of spermatozoa in seminal plasma of patients with weak spermatozoa of Spleen-dampness and spermatozoa with low levels of zinc in seminal plasma,and can significantly improve sperm viability,A-level sperm count and TCM syndrome,which can be clinically treated Spleen deficiency dampness type spermatozoa combined with low levels of zinc in patients with low blood to provide a viable treatment plan,but also for the further study of stone soup effective treatment of spleen deficiency dampness type of weak sperm disease to provide clinical basis.
