The Clinical Study On Acupoints On Governor Meridian With Electro-acupuncture By Treatment The Symptom Of Pain And Psychological Prblem Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands

ObjectiveAccording to t he research of epidemiology.The incidence of hyperplasia of mammary glands is about 42.8%.The symtomof hyperplasia of mammary glands include of pain in specific part of the patients breast of pathological lump was founded in one or both sides of the breast tissue.Most patients search for help because of the abnormal discomfort or anxious about this sickness.Needling acupoints on governor meridian is method of acupuncture therapy focused on solving the psychological problem which is concerned to be the cause of hyperplasia of mammary glands.By comparing the effects of the treatment of these two groups:Treatment group and Control group.The effectiveness of acupoints on governor meridian can be clearly evaluated.MethodsRandomly dividing 60 female patients who visited the first and seco nd affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM into two gro ups:treatment group and control group.Each one got 30 patients in it.Bot h two groups of members received the electro-acupuncture therapy,While treatment group add specific acupoints on.Each patient were treated one times a day,three day in a week.And the complete by the end of the menstrual cycle.To evaluate the effectiveness of this therapy.The scores of s yndrome of mammary glands,Hamilton and the questionnaire of Chinese m edical syndrome were carried out in this research.ResultsAfter completing this treatment.Each groups' mammary gland syndrom alleviation rate was 66.67%in treatment group and 53.33%in control gro up.These statistical results was proved not significant diffrent(p>0.05).Other gauges' statistical results showed that the pain statistical resul ts are significantly different and the treatment group's grades are muc h more lower than control group.so we can come to the conclusion that Th e treatment group was more effective in the aspect of alleviating breast s' pain.The results of Hamilton gauge showed great deal of improvements.By comparing with before treatment' s statistical,the later one had lower score and the diffrence between these two is significant(p<0.05).And with regarding to the comparison between the two groups' after-treatments' score which is significantly diffrent this.This gauge showed the treatment group is more effective in psychological improvement.In the aspect of Chinese medical syndrome.By analyze two groups'before and after treatments' score.The results showed treatment group had better effect.And the treatment group has the benifit in alleviate the excessively emotional and isomnia.ConclusionThis clincal study:Acupoints on governor meridian with electro-acup uncture by treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands indicates that ac upoints on governor meridian improves the electro-acupuncture therapy by alleviate the breasts' pain and ease chinese medicine syndrom.
