| Objective:In this research,we choosed the reflux esophagitis(RE)as the topic and did researches about literature and clinical.In literature research,we collected and analysed the documents which have pulished to summarized the distribution of the syndromes of the traditional Chinese medical.In clinical research,we have used the method of statistics to deal with the clinical information and did the research to probe into distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medical(TCM)syndromes of RE.On the basic of the results,the correlation between psychological factors and the syndromes of TCM of RE was discussed.With the help of this research,we can deeply understand RE in TCM and it can provide a consult for this disease about TCM syndromes standardly.Also the results would provide the guidance of this disease.Method:1.Literature research:An large-scale search including CNKI?SinoMed?Wanfang and VIP databases was accomplished to summarize documents about RE of TCM until December 2015.And we estimated those documents.2.Clinical research? There were 99 cases about reflux esophagitis investigated and the patients' databases were used for study the distribution of syndromes of TCM.? Asking patients to do the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS),Spearman's rank correlation coefficient were utilized to analyze the correlation of psychological factors with syndromes of TCM of RE.Results:1.Literature research:There were 91 documents about the TCM syndromes of RE contained in this research.10258 cases and 32 syndromes of TCM of RE were reported.The most common syndromes of TCM were the syndrome of heat stagnation of liver and stomach and the syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach.2.Clinical research:? This study collected a total of 99 cases,the distribution of TCM syndromes is following:the syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach(20.2%)>the syndrome of weakness of spleen and stomach(19.2%)>the syndrome of heat stagnation of liver and stomach(17.2%)=the syndrome of heat stagnation of spleen and stomach(17.2%)>the syndrome of stagnation of phlegm and Qi(14.1%)>the syndrome of deficiency of stomach yin(12.1%).? The distribution of the anxiety level is following:Normal(50.5%)>mild anxiety(41.4%)>moderate anxiety(8.1%),and there is no severe anxiety.Among the normal,the cases about the syndrome of heat stagnation of spleen and stomach and the syndrome of weakness of spleen and stomach were equal,both of them were the most.In mild anxiety,the most one was the syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach.In moderate anxiety,there was no case about the syndrome of deficiency of stomach yin?the syndrome of heat stagnation of spleen and stomach and the syndrome of weakness of spleen and stomach.Through Chi square test,the correlation between the distribution of TCM syndromes of RE and the anxiety level were statistically difference(?2=21.519,P=0.018<0.05).? The distribution of the depression level is following:Normal(79.8%)>mild depressed(15.1%)>moderate depressed(5.1%),and no severe depressed.Among the normal,the distribution of the syndrome is following:the syndrome of weakness of spleen(18.2%)>the syndrome of heat stagnation of spleen and stomach(16.2%)>the syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach(13.1%)=the syndrome of heat stagnation of liver and stomach(13.1%)>the syndrome of deficiency of stomach yin(10.1%)>the syndrome of stagnation of phlegm and Qi(9.1%).In moderate depression,the syndrome of heat stagnation of liver and stomach and the syndrome of stagnation of phlegm and Qi had the most cases..In mild depression,there were only two kinds of syndrome:the syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomachand the syndrome of stagnation of phlegm and Qi.Through Chi square test,the correlation between the distribution of TCM syndromes of RE and the depression level were statistically difference(?2=18.896,P=0.042<0.05).Conclusion:1.Literature research:The TCM syndrome of RE were the syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach and the syndrome of heat stagnation of liver and stomach.The main location factors were stomach,liver and spleen.The disease is mainly based on the fact that there is a combination of deficiency and deficiency.lt was common to see Heat?stagnation of Qi?dampness of phlegm?the deficiency of Yang and the deficiency of Yin.2.Clinical research:? Among the six syndromes of RE,the syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach and the syndrome of weakness of spleen and stomach were more.? There is certain correlation between the syndromes of TCM of RE and the anxiety level,the cases of the syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach is the most.?
