Objectives:The No.1 Hospital of Jilin University digestive endoscopy center of colonoscopy subjects were divided into control group,telephone group,We Chat group three groups,through different teaching methods,comparison of colonoscopy subjects of bowel preparation quality,bowel preparation compliance and adverse reactions;Three groups of subjects for the appointment of nursing service satisfaction were compared between the three groups of subjects;Influence of bowel preparation quality factors and discusses the different teaching factors of its.In order to improve the quality of bowel preparation for colonoscopy patients,it is recommended to improve the quality of bowel preparation for patients undergoing endoscopy.Methods:1.This study was divided into three groups:control group,telephone group and We Chat group.The control group subjects in accordance with the order in the endoscopy center of front line up an appointment registration and is responsible for the appointment of nurses by using the unified design of digestive endoscopy center of colonoscopy single appointment for subjects of bowel preparation related knowledge education paper.2.On the basis of traditional paper education,the telephone group was informed of the bowel preparation period on the day before the examination by telephone.3.We Chat group subjects based on traditional paper education,researchers through the We Chat mission mode on the subjects the day before the examination of the bowel preparation matters needing attention again to understand education,gut by sending text,voice,images and other ways to make the subject more objective preparation requirements.4.The three groups completed,investigation on the subject before theexamination day,colonoscopy began to check for a period of time through the digestive endoscopy center of colonoscopy made subjects of bowel preparation satisfaction questionnaire survey questionnaire,endoscopy center of colonoscopy subjects appointment nursing service according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria subjects.5.After the completion of the examination,the examination of the bowel preparation quality was assessed by the examination and approval of Boston Bowel Preparation Scale6.Comparison of three groups of subjects of bowel preparation quality rate,compliance,incidence of adverse reactions and nursing service satisfaction for the appointment and analyze the effect of different education ways on the quality of bowel preparation produced by the subjects.Results:1.The general data of the three groups of subjects in gender,age and culture degree,colonoscopy type,whether for the first time,check the appointment and bowel preparation interval,lustramentum taking type,no constipation,had diabetes and no history of abdominal or pelvic surgery compared to the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),that can be compared between the three groups.2.The quality of bowel preparation for colonoscopy patients showed that the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group and the telephone group and the control group and We Chat group compared the quality of bowel preparation,the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.0167),and telephone group bowel preparation quality qualified rate is higher than the control group,We Chat group of bowel preparation quality qualified rate is higher than the control group.3.Compliance of colonoscopy subjects to guide the content on the gut,statistics showed that the degree of dilution the day before to check whether the use of liquid semi liquid diet,lustramentum is accurate,start taking lustramentum time is accurate,lustraentum is within the specified time to finish,the last interval time andlustramentumt check whether the comparison within the specified scope,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group and We Chat group,the control group and the group call the day before to check whether the use of liquid in the semi liquid diet,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.0167),and telephone group subjects compliance rate was higher than the control group,We Chat group subjects compliance rate was higher than the control group and the control group;We Chat group in whether the degree of dilution lustramentum accurately,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0167)and the We Chat group subjects compliance rate was higher than the control group;The control group and We Chat group at the beginning of taking lustramentum time is accurately compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0167),and We Chat group subjects compliance rate was higher than the control group;The control group and We Chat group,the control group and the group in the phone lustramentumt whether within the prescribed time after compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.0167)and the We Chat group subjects compliance rate was higher than the control group,the telephone group subjects compliance rate was higher than the control group;The control group and We Chat group,control group and telephone group at the last interval time lustramentum and check whether the comparison within the specified range,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.0167)and We Chat group subjects compliance rate was higher than the control group,the telephone group subjects compliance rate was higher than the control group.4.There were significant differences in adverse reactions between the three groups(P<0.05),as compared with those of nausea and vomiting.Compared with the control group and the We Chat group in bowel preparation of nausea,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0167),and the control group was higher than that of We Chat group and We Chat group;Compared with the control group in bowel preparation of vomiting symptoms,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0167)and the control group.The incidence is higher than that of We Chat group.5.The three group of colonoscopy subjects appointment nursing servicesatisfaction survey results show that compared with the appointment of environment,service attitude,medication guidance,diet guidance,health education,answer questions,understanding mood,overall satisfaction,privacy protection,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the control group and the group telephone satisfaction compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)and the telephone group satisfaction score higher than the control group;The control group and We Chat group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)and the We Chat group is significantly higher than the control group.6.The control group after logistic regression analysis showed that age,education level,adverse reactions in the intestinal tract preparation into the regression model,the prediction accuracy of the model was 78.1%.Conclusions:1.This study shows that We Chat and phone education subjects of colonoscopy better than the effect of bowel preparation quality control group,so the digestive endoscopy center of nursing staff can be considered by phone or We Chat and other subjects of their way of colonoscopy bowel preparation for attention during reeducation based on traditional paper on education so,effectively improve the quality of bowel preparation,to avoid the waste of money caused by repeated examination,improve the utilization of medical resources,improve patient satisfaction.2.Phone and We Chat colonoscopy subjects for bowel preparation in terms of education,improve the subject qualification rate can improve the quality of bowel preparation;Subjects of diet,medication process compliance rate;Tension can relieve subjects;Can reduce the incidence of emergence of the subjects of medication the symptoms of nausea and vomiting;Improve the client satisfaction on nursing service appointment of digestive endoscopy center.
