Objective: To analyze the clinical data of multimode MRI combined with ultrasound assisted surgical treatment of glioma patients,to explore the application value of Mrs in the diagnosis of tumor level,DTI in the design of surgical approach and avoid cortical fiber bundle injury, ultrasound enhancement of tumor resection degree. Methods: Collected from January 2015 to December 2016,from January 2015 to December 2016,after neurosurgical surgery in our hospital, the pathology of glioma patients was clarified in 87 cases.Using Multimode MRI combined with ultrasound assisted surgical resection of tumor patients in 41 cases, the other 46 patients were evaluated according to conventional MRI microsurgery, and the difference of tumor resection degree and prognosis related score was performed in two groups.Results:(1)The comparison of Lac peaks of high and low level glioma body: X2 =2.303,P>0.05 High and low level glioma body Lip Peak comparison: X2 =4.830,P<0.05.(2)The morphological difference of fiber bundle is Z=17.688,P<0.05?(3)The total resection rate of microsurgical tumors was 54.35%,and the total resection rate of 75.61%,x2 was =4.272,P<0.05 with ultrasound-assisted microsurgery.(4)Prognostic evaluation: the use of conventional MRI microsurgical Postoperative KPS = 73.89 ± 10.83,the use of Multimode MRI assisted surgery of the Postoperative KPS= 84.75 ± 10.83,t =2.993,P<0.05.Conclusion:Multi modal MRI technique is beneficial to judging the degree of benign and malignant tumors, and diffusion tensor imaging can indicate the adjacent relationship between tumors and important fiber bundles.Judging the tumor level and designing the surgical path through the morphological changes of cortical fiber bundle, combining with ultrasound can accurately locate and clarify the boundaries of glioma, while protecting the nerve function and minimizing the tumor, significantly improving the total resection rate, effectively avoiding the permanent function injury after operation, and improving the prognosis.
