Objective: To investigate the relationship between umbilical cord blood and maternal neonatal blood levels of vitamin D in late pregnancy,explore the influenceng factors of neonatal umbilical cord blood levels of vitamin D in Shuimogou district of Urumqi.Methods: From November 2015 to March 2016 winter admitted112 cases of neonatal umbilical cord blood and 112 cases of prenatal maternal venous blood determination of vitamin D value by chemical luminescence method,for correlation analysis.Results: 112 cases of neonatal umbilical cord blood 25(OH)D average(6.75±3.59)ng/ml,The average level of 25(OH)D in 112 cases of mater nalvenous blood was significantly positively correlated with the corresponding neonatalcord blood 25(OH)D level(r=0.86,P<0.001);neonatal vitamin D are lacking,no vitamin D reached 20ng/ml,in moderate,severe vitamin D deficiency accounted for 85.7% of newborns.The level of vitamin D in Han Chinese women is higher than that of Uygur women(P<0.035),at the end of pregnancy maternal calcium more than 3 months,neonatal umbelical cord blood levels of vitamin D higher than calcium time less than 3 months(P<0.05);the higher the education level of pregnant women,the higher the level of vitamin D(P<0.027).Pregnant female seafood intake is greater than 4 times/month,neonatal vitamin D levels are higher than the intake of less than 4 times/month(P<0.021).Pregnant women at different gestational weeks,work type,outdoor activity time,whether cramps and neonatal birth,fetal sex,birth methods and other neonatal vitamin D levels have no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Neonatal umbilical cord blood vitamin D levels and late pregnancy pregnant women vitamin D levels were positively corre-lated;2.Pregnant women to ethnic,cultural degree,calcium supplementation during pregnancy and seafood intake affect neonatal umbilical cord blood vitamin D levels;3.Pregnant women at the end of pregnancy and neonatal vitamin D deficiency in winter in Shuimogou district,should be given to pregnant women to supplement vitamin D,in order to improve thelevel of vitamin D in pregnant women,f-etuses and newborns.
