| Objective To examine the effects of Cheng Jin-guo's Yiqi-Huoxue-Huayu Decoction(YQHXHYD)on chronic nephritis of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,tocalendar the syndrome integral and urinary red blood cell count,24-hour urinary protein,serum albumin,renal function,Immune index,to evaluate the treatment of YQHXHYD on chronic nephritis of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and to explore the mechanisms.To explore the therapeutic effect of YQHXHYD on treating chronic nephritis with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods The patients diagnosed chronic nephritis of were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)in the Department of internal medicine Wenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine outpatient and inpatient from October 2014 to December 2015,experimental group were given daily YQHXHYD,The control group were treated with Western medicine alone(Cozaar tablets),two groups were treated for 6 months.TCM syndrome score and urinary red blood cell count,24-hour urinary protein,renal function levels,Immune index and other changes in laboratory parameters were observed and compared in two groups.Results 1 Comparative efficacy of diseases:in experimental group,the total efficiency was 86.67%,in the control group,the total efficiency was 66.67%.Tatal effective rate was significantly different 66.67%.Total effective rate was significantly different(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group in the effect of disease.2 Comparison of syndromes:the rate of experimental group was 83.33%,in the control group the rate was 50.00%,total effective rate was significantly different(P<0.01).The experiment group was better than the control group in syndromes.3 Comparison of total score of clinical symptoms:After treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms between the two groups there was a significant difference(P<0.01),experimental group was better than the control group.4 Comparison of individual symptom scores:After treatment,the individual symptom score between the two groups in lumbago,Lusterless complexion,skin armour fault,there was a significant difference(P<0.01),the scores in Loose stools,fatigue,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),experimental group was better than the control group.5 Urinary red blood cell count comparison:between the two groups after treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.01),experimental group was better than the control group in the redument of urinary red blood cell count6 24-hour urine protein comparison:between the two groups after treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),the experimental group reduced 24-hour urinary protein better than the control group.7 renal functionand serum albumin comparison:between the two groups after treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),the experimental group reduced SCR and BUN,increase albumin better than the control group.8 Immune index comparison:between the two groups after treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),the experimental group improves IgG,IgA and C3 better than the control group.Conclution Experimental group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with type Qi deficiency and blood stasis,especially in lumbago,Lusterless complexion,skin armour fault,Loose stools,fatigue,and it is significantly better than the control group.Experimental groups is also effective in reducing urine and proteinuria,stabling renal function,improving albumin,regulating immunity and improving quality of life of patients,indicating that YQHXHYD is an effective prescription for clinical treatment of chronic nephritis of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type and it may become a new,safe treatment. |
