The Clinical Study On Yiqi Gubiao Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis With Dampness

Objective: By the clinical study of Yiqi Gubiao Huoxue Decoction in treating Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis,we can evaluate this study’s effectiveness,safety and reveal the posssible clinical mechanism of action,and provide the exact clinical basis for Yiqi Gubiao Huoxue Decoction in treating purpura nephritis.Method: According to the principle of randomization and control,60 patients who suffered from purpura nephritis were separated into experimental group and control group.Each group was allocated an average of 30 cases.The control group was rendered glucocorticoids and other conventional western medicine therapy,while the experimental group was given Yiqi Gubiao Huoxue Decoction and western medicine treatment.Two courses of treatment were observed for 8 weeks.The urinary red-cell count,24-hour urinary protein quantification,creatinine,urea nitrogen,serum albumin,plasma D-dimer,immunoglobulin Ig A,TCM syndrome and comprehensive clinical efficacy of experimental group and control group was compared before and after treatment.And the safety of the two groups’ treatment programs was also evaluated.Results:(1)Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 93.10%,and that of the control group was 78.57%.The effective percentage of the two groups was markedly different(P < 0.01),indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the curative effect of TCM syndromes.(2)Comprehensive clinical efficacy: The effective rate of the experimental group was 86.21% after treatment,while that of the control group was only71.43%.A significant difference can be found into the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the experimental group had better comprehensive clinical efficacy than the control group.(3)Laboratory indicators: After 8 weeks of treatment,the urinary red-cell count,24-hour urinary protein quantification,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,albumin,D-dimer,Ig A and total clinical efficacy of the two groups were remarkably improved(P < 0.01),but the curative effect of the experimental group was more prominent,and the experimental group’s results were obviously distinct from the other group(P< 0.05).(4)Safety indicators: There was no evident difference in glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and alanine transaminase between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Yiqi Gubiao Huoxue Decoction has excellent curative effect on Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.It can availably ease the patients’ indisposed symptoms,and improve the test indexes.Also,the treatment has been proven to be safe and less risky.
