Objective: To observe the different concentrations of sodium chloride solution of trachea cut New Zealand rabbit airway moist effect and to explore its as the security of humidified fluid.Methods:30 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups,establish New Zealand rabbit animal model of tracheotomy with double steaming water respectively,0.45% salt water,0.9% salt water,5% salt water to wet,double evaporate water wet set of notes for group A,0.45% saline group wet process for group B,0.9%saline group wet process for group C,5% brine of wetting to D group,the experimental set up blank control,namely the trachea cut but not wet,and for the group E.Model every 6 h oxygen atomization time,after 5 minutes every time,after48 hours after the operation to be put to death.Postoperative according to sputum suction indications sputum suction line of aseptic technique,compared each group of sputum viscosity,blood in phlegm,excitant choking cough.Before surgery,postoperative 24 h and 48 h respectively by ear marginal vein file.usd10.00 venous blood serum IL-8 measurement,the dynamic change of TNF alpha.Take out the lungs and trachea tissue and lung wet weight ratio,observe the trachea and lung tissue pathological changes under light microscope,electron microscope,the data using SPSS16.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results : Sputum viscosity I two comparison,group A compared with group B(P >0.05,no statistical significance.Comparison between the other two groups(P < 0.05,all statistically significant;Comparing two II degree,compared with group B,group A(P > 0.05,no statistical significance;C compared with group D,P > 0.05,no statistical significance;Comparing two groups,P < 0.05,there is statistical significance;Comparing two III degree,group A and group B compared with group D,P > 0.05,no statistical significance;Comparing two groups,P < 0.05,all have statistical significance.Blood phlegmy,excitant choking cough occurrences on general indicators for > group C > group A,group B(P < 0.05,differences were statistically significant.Group D blood phlegmy,choking cough occurrences increased obviously.Blood group E without choking cough,phlegm.Lung wet weight ratio than group E >group D > group C > group A,group B(P < 0.05,all statistically significant.IL-8 and TNF alpha is consistent with that of ELISA.Before the operation the concentration multiple sets of comparison,P > 0.05,no statistical significance;Multiple sets of 24 hour after comparison,P < 0.05,there is statistical significance;Group A compared with group B,P > 0.05,no statistical significance;Comparison between the other two groups(P < 0.05,all have statistical significance;More than 48 hours after the comparison,P < 0.05,all have statistical significance.Compared with group B,group A(P < 0.05,no statistical significance;Comparison between the other two groups(P < 0.05,all have statistical significance.Then each group tracheal injury degree score comparison,P < 0.05,group E > D > > AB group C group,AB is compared between two groups,P > 0.05,no statistical significance;Of the lung tissue damage degree score comparison group(P < 0.05),group E > D > A > B > group C group.Trachea epithelium and observed under electron microscope cilia structure damage degree E group > D > C > A > B group;The damage degree of lung tissue cell structures and organelles in group E >A > B > group C > group D group.Conclusions:The airway damage degree of wetting group were less than group of wetting.Using distilled water,0.45% salt water atomization of New Zealand rabbit sputum viscosity is moderate,wet effect is good,phlegm and blood excitant choking cough appear less,less damage to the respiratory tract.Ropy sputum saline group,moist effect is poorer,phlegm and blood excitant choke to cough,poor security.Hypertonic saline expectoration drainage effect is remarkable,has certain inhibitory effect,but from the pathological results observed its damage to the respiratory tract.
