| Objective: by observing the clinical effect of Shuganhewei Decoction in treating liver stomach disharmony type of reflux esophagitis,to clinical treatment of Chinese medicine to provide data support.Methods: 116 outpatients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group oral treatment group with Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules,CHSGS("Jing Yue book")decoction.4 weeks as a course of treatment,the treatment of the course of treatment,after treatment,the observation of the patients before and after the symptoms,endoscopic and pathological changes in 1.Results: the cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion: the treatment of liver and stomach incoordination between the liver and stomach reflux esophagitis has good clinical efficacy,can be further applied to clinical practice.Through the analysis of the pharmacological effects of the drug composition of CHSGS,mechanism of CHSGS treatment of reflux esophagitis were proposed,quantitative and standardized research is helpful to clinical curative effect. |
