Objective: Follow up the physical and mental development of preterm infants, and analyze the risk factors of growth retardation and neurological dysplasia, and hope to provide a theoretical reference for clinical early identification and reasonable intervention.Method: A prospective analysis is conducted for cases diagnosed with preterm admitted to neonatal department in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from October 2015 to December 2016.All cases were divided into different group according to birth weight, gestational age, whether is SGA,post-discharge feeding and whether is the EUGR at discharge, and compare their physical development and neurological development after discharge.Results:1.The preterm children in this study have some complications.According to body weight, length and head circumference, the incidence of Extra Uterine Growth Retardation(EUGR)was 47%,29% and 35% when discharge, are higher than 22%,17%,18% when at birth.2.In the 72 cases of premature infants' follow-up,after corrected age 1month,body weight, length, head circumference's mean z-score >-1.Theincidence of low weight, growth retardation, small head deformity, thin, overweight or obesity were 22%,10%,14%,7% and 4% in corrected age 40 weeks, respectively, the incidence of low birth weight, slow growth and weight loss was 11%,22% and 11% in corrected age 12 month.3.In the 3 groups according to the birth gestational,in corrected age 10,12month's length have statistically significant(p <0.05),group 34 weeks-36 + 6weeks is longer than other groups. In corrected age 1,2,3,6 month's all energy area(gross motor, fine motor, object, language, social)and corrected age 5month's gross motor area and fine motor energy area, the development quotient(DQ)of Group <32 weeks was lower than that of other groups, and the difference was statistically(P <0.05).4.In the Comparison between birth weight <1500g group and ?1500g group, the length, weight and head circumference had statistical difference in corrected age 40 weeks to 6 month(p<0.05),the former indicator is lower than the latter one.In corrected age 1-6 month's all energy area and corrected age 7month's fine motor, the DQ of <1500g group were poorer, and the difference was statistically(P<0.05).5.Comparison between SGA group and AGA group,in corrected age 40weeks' weight and length, corrected age 1,2 month's physical development(weight, length, head circumference),corrected age 3,6 month's weight and head circumference had statistical difference(p <0.05),SGA group was lower than AGA group. In corrected age 4 month's language, the DQ of SGA group is lower than AGA group, and the difference was statistically(p <0.05).6.In corrected age 1-6 month' s physical development and in corrected age3 month's large motor and 4 month's large and fine motor energy areas, the EUGR group was Slower than that of the non-EUGR group, and the differencewas statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.In this study, preterm children before Corrected age 1 year are catching growth, and they have some growth deviation;2.Birth weight less than 1500 g and the birth gestational age less than 32 weeks are poorer in physical terms than the birth weight of more than 1500 g and the group of appropriate for gestational age.EUGR when discharged have a greater impact in physical development of preterm children;3.From birth to Corrected age 6month's nervous system development of abnormal is high, with the age increasing, the Development Quotient(DQ)of Gesell are gradually normal.Preterm infants of birth weight less than 1500 g,gestational age less than 32 weeks and discharged in the EUGR are more prone to mental disorders, they need to be closely followed.
