Aim: To detect the expression and correlation of Notch-Delta ligand(DLL4).CD105 in ovarian cancer and in normal ovarian,at the same time,the serum concentrations of CD105.and analyze the relationship of clinical pathological parameters.Methods: Collecting 65 ovarian cancer from surgical removal and18 cases of ovarian normal tissues in linyi center hospital from November 2015 to February 2017.All samples must be in accordance with the following criteria: 1.all of the patients with no history of other malignant tumors;2.patients with complete medical records,and pathology report diagnosed by two pathologists;3.any treatment aren't given such as the radiation and chemotherapy,hormonal therapy,etc before operation.The expression of DLL4 and microvascular density marked by CD105(CD105-MVD)in samples of 65 ovarian carcinoma and 18 normal ovarian tissue are detected by immunohistochemical methods of S-P,and CD105 in serum of the selected patients are detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:1.The expression of DLL4 is positive in ovarian cancer,and most with tan fine grains are located in the nucleus.While is no or less in normal ovarian tissue.The positive expression of DLL4 is 78.5% in ovarian cancer patients,While is 11.1% in normal ovarian tissue.2.In ovarian cancer,the expression of DLL4 is positively associated with the FIGO stage,pathological grade of ovarian cancer and lymph node metastasis(P < 0.001),but no correlation with patients age,histological type(P > 0.05).3.The expression of CD105 is positive in ovarian cancer,mainly located in the cytoplasm and cell membrane,While is no or less in normal ovarian tissue.CD105 –MVD is 22.58±7.34 in ovarian cancer while is 0.87±0.19 in normal ovarian tissue.4.In ovarian cancer,the expression of CD105 is positively associated with the FIGO stage,pathological grade of ovarian cancer and lymph node metastasis(P < 0.001),but no correlation with patients age,histological type(P > 0.05).5.The serum concentrations of CD105 in ovarian cancer tissue(136.8642±26.6727)is significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissue(26.6727±1.4111)(P<0.001)).6.CD105 in serum is positively associated with the FIGO stage,pathological grade of ovarian cancer and lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05),but no correlation with patients age,histological type(P > 0.05).7.The expression of DLL4 positively correlates with CD105–MVD in ovarian cancer(r =0.818,P<0.001).8.CD105-MVD in ovarian cancer tissue positively correlates with the CD105 in serum(r=0.692,P<0.001).9.The expression of DLL4 positively correlates with CD105 in serum(r=0.690,P<0.001).Conclusion: DLL4 and CD105 play an important role in tumor angiogenesis.And participate in the occurrence of ovarian cancer.As the clinical progress of ovarian cancer,the organization of DLL4,CD105 in organization and CD105 in serum show the tendency of increasing.And the three are positively correlated.That hintsDLL4 can increase vascular density to participate in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.DLL4 and CD105 can be used as indicators of ovarian cancer invasion.Metastasis and provide the basis for the angiogenesis therapy.
