Objective:(1)To investigate the expression of Cyclin D1 and TK1 in breast cancer high-risk group,medium group and low level group.(2)To compare the relationship the Cyclin D1 and TK1 between clinical pathological parameters,such as:patients age,lymph node metastasis or not,tumor size,TNM staging,histological grading of expression,ER,PR,C-erb B-2.(3)To investigate the expression and significance of Cyclin D1 and TK1 in breast cancer.Methods:(1)eighty-seven samples were selected from the General surgery of Wendeng district people's hospital.And have obtained the consent of the patients and their families,and sign the related knowledge of Wendeng district people's hospital file of the agreement,and through the Wendeng district people's hospital ethics committee.(2)To judge routine pathologic examination results by using semi-quantitative histological grading,and the patients divided into high-risk group,medium group and low level group according to patients' age,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis or not,pathological classification,HER-2 expression indicators in 2005 st.Gallen the international consensus on breast cancer treatment.(3)Immunohistochemical staining assay was used to detect the expression of Cyclin D1 and TK1.To compare the expression of Cyclin D1 and TK1 in breast cancer high-risk group,medium group and low level group.The relationship between Cyclin D1,TK1 and clinicopathological factors(such as):age,lymph node metastasis or not,tumor size,lymph node metastasis or not,TNM staging,histologic grade,ER,PR,and C-erb B-2).(4)To analyze the relationship between Cyclin D1 and TK1 and clinicopathological parameters of breast cancer patients and to analyze two kinds of influence on the prognosis of breast cancer by using the SPSS17.0 statistical software package.Results:(1)The positive expression of Cyclin D1 showed nuclear staining,83.9%(73/87)of the tumor were positive in Cyclin D1 protein.The positive expression ofCyclin D1 showed a correlation with ER(P<0.05),not with age,lymph node metastasis or not,tumor size,TNM staging,histologic grade,PR,and C-erb B-2(P>0.05).The expression of Cyclin D1 in breast cancer high-risk group,medium and low level from low to high followed by the low risk<the medium risk<the high risk.(2)The positive expression of TK1 showed cytoplasmic staining,77%(67/87)of the tumor were positive in TK1 protein.The positive expression of TK1 showed a correlation with histologic grade(P<0.05),not with age,lymph node metastasis or not,tumor size,TNM staging,ER,PR,and C-erb B-2(P>0.05).The expression of TK1 in breast cancer high-risk group,medium and low level from low to high followed by the low risk<the medium risk<the high risk.Conclusion: There is high expression of Cyclin D1 and TK1 in breast carcinoma;it is showed significant positive correlation of Cyclin D1 and TK1.It is indicated an role in the occurrence and development of breast carcinoma.
