The Effect Of Shenqi Decoction On Kidney Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Cystatin C, Interleukin-6, Interleukin-8 Expression

Objective: To treat the early diabetic nephropathy by Shenqi Gushen Decoction combined with western medicine for 2 months.The levels of TCM syndrome,urinary microalbumin,cystatin C,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8were measured before and after treatment And to evaluate the clinical effect of "Shenqi Gushen Decoction" on early diabetic nephropathy and to explore the mechanism of early development of diabetic nephropathy from the perspective of inflammation.It is helpful for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and delaying renal failure Evidence for the party in the future to provide a solid foundation for clinical.Methods:1 The subject selected from January 2016 to January 2017 in Hebei Province,Chinese medicine hospital endocrinology clinic or hospitalization in line with the standard of early DN patients in 60 cases,the patients were randomly assigned to control group(30 cases),the experiment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,blood biochemical test,nephrological staging and long course of disease.2 The control group using Western medicine basic treatment,the treatment group in Western medicine basic treatment,plus Shenqi Gushen soup for treatment.All patients were treated for 3months.3 Serum levels of albumin,Cystatin C,IL-6 and IL-8 were measured before and after admission.The safety parameters were taken to detect blood routine,urine routine,and fecal Routine,liver function,check the electrocardiogram,etc;observed in the treatment of patients before and after treatment of major clinical symptoms and signs of changes in adverse reactions.Results: 1 Shenqi Gushen decoction can improve clinical symptoms inpatients with early DN,early DN patients can reduce the levels of serum cystatin C and interleukin-6,interleukin-8 level,there was significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion: Shenqi Gushen Decoction combined with Western medicine basic treatment of early qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome DN patients with satisfactory results,can effectively change the TCM patients with good DN syndrome points,can improve the quality of life of patients with early DN;for the reduction of urine micro-white Protein excretion rate,serum cystatin C,the effect is better than the basic Western medicine treatment;This indicates that the prescription may have to protect the glomerular,repair damaged kidney role;in reducing the early stage of DN blood glucose levels in the experimental group,control Group,there was no significant difference between the two groups.This indicated that the protective mechanism of Shenqi Gushen Decoction in improving the renal function of DN patients may be achieved by other methods.In reducing the levels of serum inflammatory factors,IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with early DN,the effect was better In the simple Western medicine treatment,the party may have to fight and reduce the early DN patients with inflammatory injury in vivo role.The level of serum cystatin C in patients with early DN and serum urinary albumin excretion rate was positively correlated,verify that the level of cystatin C may be closely related to the degree of DN progress;Shenqi Gushen soup short-term use,high safety.
