Objective:In the monitoring of statin drugs listed in the monitoring of abnormal glucose tolerance, new diabetes, deterioration of diabetes and other adverse reactions. Therefore, this study aimed at coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia patients after oral administration of atorvastatin calcium,to observe the impact on patients with blood glucose, and early secretion of pancreatic ?-cell function and insulin sensitivity of patients with long-term use of statins drug safety to provide clinical basis to protect patients long-term drug safety. Methods:Essential the coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia patients 110 cases who hospitalized in the department of Cardiovascular of the People's Hospital of Qinghai Province from November 2015 to November 2016.According to the total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein(LDL)level(in Chinese patients with dyslipidemia[1])and the dosage of the drug(Atorvastatin tablets,specifications20mg/film,Pfizer Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.,batch: ZhunziH20051408)were divided into two groups.10 mg group: 55 patients, patients with total cholesterol5.18~6.18mmol/L,low density lipoprotein 3.37~4.13mmol/L,oral atorvastatin calcium 10mg;20mg group:55 patients, the total cholesterol>6.19mmol/L,low density lipoprotein>4.14mmol/L,oral atorvastatin calcium 20 mg,Test levels of total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin,30 min glucose,Insulin resistance and Insulin secretion index were measured before and one month after taking the medicine. There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age and BMI.Results:The total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein(LDL)and triglyceride were decreased in both groups(P <0.05).There were no significant differences in the indexes of fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin,30 min blood glucose and insulin,,insulin secretion index and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups before and after the medication(P>0.05).Insulin resistance index has statistically significant after the medicine(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the indexes offasting blood glucose, fasting insulin,30 min blood glucose and insulin, insulin resistance index, insulin secretion index, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride and total cholesterol after taking the medicine(P> 0.05).Conclusions:1.Different doses of statins on blood glucose and early insulin secretion had no significant effect in short-term using of coronary heart disease patients;2.The effect of statins on pancreatic islet function was mainly associated with insulin resistance in short-term using of coronary heart disease patients.
