| Objective:To study the relationship of vaginal micro-ecological condition with nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva(NNEDV)and to provide clues for diagnosis and treatment of NNEDV.Methods:Retrospective analyse 1020 patients who was diagnosed NNEDV from January,2012 to February,2017 at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,acquiring and evaluating their vaginal microflora.Results:Patients with normal vaginal microflora accounted for 12.4%(126/1020),vaginal microflora imbalance accounted for 87.6%(894/1020),the pathogens can be clearly diagnose accounted for 35.3%(360/1020),bacterial vaginosis(BV)accounted for 15.2%(155/1020),vulvovvaginal candidiasis(VVC)accounted for 12.2%(124/1020),aerobe vaginosis(AV)accounted for 3.0%(31/1020),trichomonas vaginitis(TV)accounted for 0.7%(7/1020),Mixed infection accounted for 4.2%(43/1020);the incidence of BV and VVC were 15.2% and 12.2%,respectively,which was significantly higher than the incidence of other pathogens(P<0.05);patients with no specific pathogen accounted for 52.3%(534/1020).Conclusion:The vaginal micro-ecological condition is abnormal in Most of NNEDV patients,the vaginitis such as BV and VVC may be associated with the NNEDV. |
