Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics and related risk factors of nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva with cervical lesions and provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: From March 2015 to September 2019,patients diagnosed by biopsy as nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva(NNEDV)in our hospital were selected as study objects, and clinical data and relevant examination results were collected.According to the presence or absence of CIN or above lesions, the subjects were divided into cervical lesion group and non-cervical lesion group to compare their clinical characteristics and the efficiency of focused ultrasound treatment, and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to study the risk factors of CIN or above lesions in NNEDV patients. Results: A total of 1091 NNEDV patients were enrolled in this study including 154 patients(14.1%)with cervical lesions. There were significant differences in age, history of vaginitis and HPV infection, symptoms of contact bleeding and menstrual pruritus, lesion area and pathological type between cervical lesion group and non-cervical lesiongroup(P < 0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that age of 30~60(OR=4.712,95%CI2.283~9.727,P<0.01),vaginitis disease(OR=2.298,95%CI1.505~3.511,P<0.01),contact bleeding(OR=7.726,95%CI3.385~17.632,P<0.01),menstrual pruritus(OR=1.613,95%CI1.018~2.556,P<0.05),HPV infection(OR=2.386,95%CI1.026~5.548,P<0.05),NNEDV area proportion?70%(OR=2.380,95% CI1.491 ~ 3.798,P < 0.01)and NNEDV pathologic types of hybrid(OR=2.014,95%CI1.265~3.207,P<0.01)were independent risk factors for cervical lesions in NNEDV patients. The total effective rate of cervical lesion group and non-cervical lesion group was 95.5% and 95.2%respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion: NNEDV complicated with CIN and above lesions are relatively common.Patients with the above risk factors should be payed more attention to the screening of cervical lesions. The combination of cervical lesions did not affect the efficacy of focused ultrasound in patients with NNEDV.
