Objective:Currently tumor markers which used in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer are mainly HE4 and CA125.In the clinical work can be a single test indicators can be diagnosed, but also through the joint test indicators for diagnosis. Many studies have reported the value of single and combined detection in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer, but which method can produce the best diagnostic accuracy is inconclusive. Therefore, this article evaluates the value of these diagnostic methods by Meta-analysis.Methods:A total of 30 studies were conducted to evaluate the diagnostic value of HE4/CA125 parallel detection in ovarian cancer through systematic and comprehensive retrieval of Pubmed,Medline,Cocharane library,Embase,CNKI,CBM,VIP,WanFang Data and other Chinese and English databases. The threshold effect and heterogeneity were analyzed by using Meta-Disc 1.4 software.Sensitivity analysis was performed using Stata 14.0 software and publication bias was detected using a funnel. The diagnostic value of HE4 and CA125 alone and the detection of the two methods in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer were statistically significant by t test.P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:There were statistically significant differences between any of the two methods used to diagnose ovarian cancer(AUC[95%C1]:0.92[0.9-0.94]for HE4;0.86[0.82-0.89]for CAl25;0.94[0.93-0.94]for parallel detection of HE4 and CA125).Compared with CA125 and HE4 alone, the two detectors have higher sensitivity(parallel detection of HE4 and CA125 0.9[0.87-0.93]>CA125 0.78[0.73-0.82]and HE4 0.78[0.74-0.82]).The specificity of combined detection was lower than that of HE4 single test, but still higher than CA125 single test(HE4 0.92[0.90-0.94]>parallel detection of HE4 and CA1250.86[0.82-0.89]>CA125 0.80[0.75-0.84]).Conclusion:CA125 single detection with high sensitivity, and HE4 single detection with hig h specificity, the parallel detection in improving the sensitivity of ovarian cancer diagnosis at the same time the specificity did not significantly decline, can be screened ovarian malignant lesions of one of the detection methods.
