| Objective :Into the 21 st century, the global cancer has shown a high incidence, people talk about cancer, cancer has become deprived of the culprit of people’s happy life, cancer and what factors in the end? The reason is varied, including the environment, diet, air, genes and other aspects, people from the superficial environment, diet and other reasons to the study of gene research has gone through a long time to explore. And finally found that the process of cancer is a variety of factors caused by the process of genetic changes.Rh blood type since 1940 found in the Rhesus monkeys have also experienced more than 70 years of research. After the study found that Rh blood type is the most complex human blood system,Rh blood type of research for the correct guidance of blood transfusion is of great significance.Since cancer is associated with the gene,it must be associated with the Rh blood type phenotype, because the blood type is genetically determined. The purpose of this study is to study the distribution of Rh blood group in patients with cancer. The aim is to observe the difference of hemoglobin in patients with tumor anemia and non-tumor anemia, and observe the difference of Rh(C,E)and Rh(C,E)random blood transfusion in patients with tumor anemia. For the study of the relationship between tumor and Rh blood group is of great significance.Method :1.Collect the third clinical hospital of Shanxi Medical University from May 1,2016 to September 30,2015 a total of 100 cases of cancer patients with EDTA-K2 anticoagulant 5ml,after centrifugation, the use of test tube method Rh(D,C,C,E,e),recorded in the book.2.Collect the first clinical hospital of Shanxi Medical University from May 1,2016 to September 30,2015 a total of 100 cases of non-cancer patients EDTA-K2 anticoagulant 5ml,after centrifugation, the use of test tube Rh(D,C,C,E,e),recorded in the book.3.To calculate the frequency and frequency of each phenotype combination in tumor group and normal group,chi-square test was performed on the two groups.Through The result of the chi-square test determines whether the two constitute a difference.4.Forty patients with tumor anemia(tumor group)and 40 non-tumor patients(non-tumor group)were randomly divided into four groups(P <0.05).5.Blood samples were collected from 40 patients with tumor anemia(tumor incompatibility group)and Rh(C,E)were infused with 4 units of concentrated red blood cells.6.Hemoglobin change(blood transfusion hemoglobin value-blood transfusion before hemoglobin value)divided by infusion of the number of units per person per infusion of a unit of red blood cell hemoglobin changes, recorded in the book.7.Use spss(17.0)for variance analysis to determine whether there is a statistical difference.Results:1.Through the detection of 200 subjects,100 cases of cancer were detected in the various types of performance as follows : DCe(26case 26%)>DCEe(12case 12%)>DE(10case 10%)>DCE(8case 8%)>DEc(7case 7%)=DCce(7case7%)=DCEc(7case 7%)>DCEce(6case6%)>DEce(4case 4%)=DC(4case 4%)>DEe(3case 3%)>Dce(2case 2%)=DCEe(2case 2%)>DCce(1case 1%)=DCc(1case 1%)>D(0case 0%)100 cases of non-cancer patients with phenotypic results : DCe(19case 19%)=DC(19case 19%)>DCEe(11case 11%)>DCEce(10case 10%)>DCE(8case 8%)>DCce(7case 7%)>DCEc(6case 6%)=DCc(6case6%)>DE(4case4%)>DEc(3case 3%)>DEce(2case 2%)>DEe(1case 1%)=DCce(1case 1%)=DCe(1case 1%)=DCEe(1case 1%)=D(1case 1%)2.(1)The original data of Rh(C,E)in the 40 patients with tumor were treated with the raw data before and after the enrichment. The results showed that the hemoglobin (?) ± S = 5.006 ± 2.705;(2)The results of hemoglobin (?) ± S = 6.92 ± 3.744 were obtained by the treatment of Rh(C,E)in 40 non-tumor patients.(3).The positive data of Rh(C,E)infused red blood cells in 40 patients with tumor anemia were obtained: hemoglobin (?) ± S = 3.978 ± 1.723;then the variance analysis was performed using spss(17.0).The results for the P <0.05 that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The variance analysis was performed using the spss(17.0)data.The results for the P <0.05 that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusions:(1)tumor patients and Rh blood group was not found to be relevant.(2)(1)tumor patients Rh(C,E)consistent infusion of concentrated red effect was significantly less than non-cancer patients.(2)Rh(C,E)transfection effect was better than Rh(C,E). |
