Objective: To study the Vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)technology in limb finger injury issue skin graft in situ treatment in clinical effect,provide the main basis for its clinical application.Methods: In our hospital from June 2011 to November 2016 were body finger injury patients as the research object,a total of 52 cases,in which the experimental group 26 issue of combined use of in situ skin grafts and vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)technology treatment,control group and routine packaging change medicine treatment in situ graft,the record of the healing of the two groups were observed.In the experimental group,26 patients were treated with a combined application of orthotopic skin grafting and negative pressure occlusion(VSD).There were 20 males and 6females in the patients.The age of the 26 patients was between 19 and 52 years The age is roughly 37.2 years old.From injury to the final patient treatment basic time between 50 minutes to 4 hours,an average of 2.4 hours.26 patients they were injured in 16 cases due to hand and foot causes,another 3 cases of shoulder and back,7 cases of limbs.Injury leading to skin avulsion area remained at 5cm × 6cm-13 cm × 16 cm,of which 4 patients with muscular injury,open fractures.The control group was treated with conventional in situ skin grafting dressing.Among the patients,22 were male and 4 were female.The 26 patients were between 21 and 51 years of age,with an average age of 36.3 years.The time of treatment is basically from injury to patient visits between 0.5 and 4 hours,an average of 2.3 hours.They were injured,of which10 cases are caused by the wrong operation of the machine,10 cases are wheel rolling lead to injury,the other 6 cases are accidental trauma.Injured parts are basically distributed in the hand,foot and shoulder and limbs,of which 15 cases in the hand and foot,4 cases in the shoulder side,7 cases in the limbs.Injury leading to skin avulsion area remained essentially:4cm X6cm-12 cm X16cm,3 patients with tendon injury,open fractures.The difference between the two groups of statistics is meaningless,and the basic situation is comparable.Results: Two groups of contrast found that the curative effect of the experimental group is better than that of control group,the proportion of primary healing the wound,wound healing time,postoperative healing area,switching frequency,the length of time a week are the differences with the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The body set off a skin graft in situ treatment injury in the application of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)technology can improve the survival rate of skin graft,shorten the treatment cycle,reduce the patient's pain,has significant clinical effect,worthy of its popularization and application in clinical.
