Purpose:A retrospective analysis was performed on patients with sputum sputum who underwent vacuum-pressure closed drainage(VSD)external treatment in the extravascular and sore departments of our hospital. The effective clinical experience of treating head lice was summarized, and the negative pressure closed drainage was used to explore the disease. The role of the basis for future clinical diagnosis and treatment work.Material and method:From January 2017 to December 2018,we collected 60 cases of patients who underwent vascular surgery in our hospital and who were diagnosed with head lice.According to the external treatment method recorded by it,it is divided into negative pressure closed drainage group and traditional external treatment group, each group is 30.All patients except the treatment method were treated with the same combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. After the head sputum was formed, the traditional external treatment group was applied externally to the traditional medicine such as oil-adjusting cream and one-effect cream, and the negative pressure closed drainage group was subjected to negative pressure therapy to the VSD device.Clinical efficacy was determined by observing the patient's main symptoms and signs of peri-infection.Results:1.Analyze the signs of the disease and the main symptom scores before and after treatment. After testing, the local symptoms improved significantly before and after treatment in the two groups, with prominent differences. After treatment of the two groups of periarterial signs and subjective symptoms, the local symptoms were significantly improved after treatment in the negative pressure closed drainage group compared with the traditional external treatment group, and the mean and median value of the negative pressure closed drainage group were smaller than the traditional ones. There were statistical differences in the treatment group.2.Comparing the wound area of the two groups after treatment,it was found that there were significant differences between the two groups. The area average after treatment in the negative pressure group was smaller than that in the traditional external treatment group.3.Those with higher blood sugar are more likely to suffer from this disease.Blood sugar should be controlled as soon as possible, and a suitable treatment plan should be developed in conjunction with internal medicine.Conclusion:1.Negative pressure closed drainage technique has significant effects in improving the clinical symptoms and promoting the reduction of wound area and wound depth after treatment of head sputum pus and incision drainage.2.Negative pressure closed drainage technology significantly reduces the number of dressing changes after wound incision, significantly relieves the pain of patients changing dressing, and greatly reduces the workload of doctors.
