Objective Study of vacuum sealing drainage and traditional dressing technology of two methods in the treatment of pressure ulcers(including wound repair reached two by the time of anti infection drug use time, total hospitalization cost, the medical treatment of the patient's own workload, pain tolerance)differences.Method A retrospective analysis of September 2015 February ~ 2017 our department treated 64 cases of patients with pressure ulcer patients as the research object, with the patient informed consent in 32 cases by vacuum sealing drainage treatment(experimental group),another 32 patients taking conventional dressing therapy(control group),two groups reached two during the time of wound repair the use of drugs, anti infection time, total hospitalization cost, the medical treatment of the patient's own workload, pain tolerance, and the relevant data for statistical analysis, and then draw conclusions.Result(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups in the mean age,the history of primary disease, gender and mean pressure ulcer area(P > 0.05);(2)The closed negative pressure treatment group the average replacement drainage dressing 5.5±0.8 times, granulation tissue wound healing condition reached two,two skin graft or flap repair in 30 patients(93.7%),2 patients with direct suture, average days of treatment was 41.5±7.5 days. The traditional dressing group average dressing 25 ± 3.5,granulation tissue wound healing condition reached two,two skin graft or flap repair in 24 patients(75%).There were 1 cases of direct suture, the remaining 7 cases did not reach the discharge standard of clinical healing, the average length of 75±6.9 days, two had significant difference(P<0.01);(3)Closed negative pressure treatment group average anti-infection drugs use time for(30.5 ± 7.5)days,conventional treatment group,on average,anti-infection drugs using time for(62.5 ± 6.5)days,the two significant statistical difference(P < 0.01);(4)Closed negative pressure treatment group compared with the traditional treatment group, the closed negative pressure treatment group and conventional treatment group total hospitalization expenses were 35946.3 ± 2425.1 yuan and 43576.8 ± 2549.1yuan,the significant difference(P < 0.05);(5)The patient's own tolerance of treatment by the McGill pain score,u=3.45 said, according to the calculation results, with P < 0.0005,according to a =0.05 level, can think of the traditional dressing group(control group)the overall McGill pain score higher than the closed negative pressure treatment group(experimental group)(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion A new method of vacuum sealing drainage as treatment of pressure ulcers, compared with the traditional dressing in wound repair period reached two by the time of anti infection drug use time, total hospitalization cost, the medical treatment of patients with their workload, compared the pain tolerance and other aspects,we can clearly find that the two has an obvious difference. There is statistical significance.vacuum sealing drainage can make to two to repair the wound with time, shorten the time of drug use of anti infection, reduce patient hospitalization costs, reduce workload, reduce the pain of patients in the treatment. It is suggested that the patients preferred vacuum assisted closure therapy.
