Compound Suppository Of Folium Hibisci Mutabilis Effect In Anorectal Disease Postoperative Rat Serum IL-6 And TNF-?

Objective To study the compound suppository of folium hibisci mutabilis effect in anorectal disease postoperative rat serum interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha,explore analgesic mechanism of compound suppository of folium hibisci mutabilis for the further development and use of compound suppository of folium hibisci mutabilis to provide sufficient theoretical support.Methods 50 SD rats with half males and half females.Taking the stratified sampling,10 rats were randomly selected as normal group with half males and half females.The rest of the SD rats set up anorectal surgery model and divided into four groups by stratified sampling,each group of 10 rats.The compound suppository of folium hibisci mutabilis as experimental group,ma yinglong haemorrhoid creams and indole Mei XinShuan respectively as the positive control group,model group as blank control.Under the same conditions to breeding all SD rats.In the experiment of 3 and 7 days,collecting the artery serum of rats,using ELISA to detect the serum content of interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha,then process statistical analysis.Results 1.The concentration of IL-6 and TNF alpha of the model group significantly,the compound suppository of folium hibisci mutabilis group and Indole Mei XinShuan group increased compared with the normal group(p<0.01).2.On the seventh day,the content of IL – 6 and TNF alpha significantly decline of the compound suppository of folium hibisci mutabilis group,Indole Mei XinShuan group and Ma yinglong haemorrhoid creams group compared with the model group(p<0.01).3.the compound suppository of folium hibisci mutabilis group compared with the positive control group,(1)On the third day(1)The concentration of IL– 6:the compound suppository of folium hibisci mutabilis group was significantly decline compared with Ma yinglong haemorrhoid creams group(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference compared with indole(p>0.05);(2)The concentration of TNF-?:the compound suppository of folium hibisci mutabilis group was significantly decline compared with Ma yinglong haemorrhoid creams group(p<0.01),but it was rising compared with Indole Mei XinShuan group(p>0.05).(2)On the sventh day(1)The concentration of TNF-?: the compound suppository of folium hibisci mutabilis group was significantly decline compared with Ma yinglong haemorrhoid creams group(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference compared with indole(p>0.05),(2)The concentration of IL– 6: the compound suppository of folium hibisci mutabilis group was significantly decline compared with Ma yinglong haemorrhoid creams group(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference compared with indole(p>0.05).Conclusion the compound suppository of folium hibisci mutabilis can obviously inhibit the release of IL – 6 and TNF alpha in rats serum of anorectal diseases postoperative model,it may be one of the mechanism of clinically analgesic action of the compound suppository of folium hibisci mutabilis.
