The Analysis And Practice Of Hospital Medical Records' Information Management System

With an increased awareness of social health management,more than ten thousands physical examination centers had been set up in China till 2013.During these period,the public health data was widely collected,which could be effectively used for transferring the health management pattern from passive diagnosing examination to comprehensive health evaluation and guidance.Consequently,establishing and managing the public health archives are imperative in the future.We establish a health archives database by collecting mass data from Tianjin General Hospital Physical Examination Center to analyze,classify and utilize the health data,and implement the standard and informative management.By analyzing the data source,perfecting the software system and using various information techniques,we make it possible to build life-long health archives that could provide comprehensive services on health management,including health risk intervention,continuous examination,health promotion and chronic disease management.In addition,we could explore the relation between risk factors and diseases through making use of the statistical functions of the archives information management system.After studying the condition and future demand of Tianjin General Hospital Physical Examination Center and other physical examination centers in Tianjin,we developed an examination system using B/S mode,J2EE technical framework,MVC design pattern,MySQL database and Eclipse development tool.It mainly includes the modules for user registration,results auditing,conclusion inquiry and archives information management and application.In this paper,we would introduce our system from system demands(such as the management of examination conclusion and archives information),business logic,database design and analysis,general technical framework and system implementation based on MVC design pattern.
