Study On The Relationship Between Micro Inflammatory State And TCM Syndromes In Patients With Chronic Renal Failure In Stage 3-5

Objective: Analysis of the relationship between micro inflammatory state and TCM syndromes in patients with chronic renal failure(CKD)in stage 3-5,discus the levels of expression of C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin 6(IL-6)? Leptin(LP)?adiponectin(ADPN),the regularity of TCM Syndrome Distribution and accumulated points of quantized symptom in patients with chronic renal failure(CKD)in stage 3-5,who under micro inflammation approach to preliminary discussed the correlation between them.Methods: Adopt multicenter,large sample,cross-sectional research methods,collecting the patient CKD 3-5 period into standard,including non dialysis patients and dialysis patients in nephrology clinic,ward,blood purification center of Henan university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,Zhengzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine,Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and The Seventh People's Hospital of Zhengzhou City,range from 2015.1 to 2017.2 Patients signed informed consent.Collect demo graphic data,and other general clinical data.Collect and record the patient on the day of testing laboratory indexes,including biochemical index of creactive protein(CRP),hemoglobin(Hb)etc.The levels of IL-6,Lp and ADPN were detected by ELISA.Data collection of TCM Syndromes of chronic renal failure was made by the unified formulation.Results:(1)A total of 337 patients were included in this study.Among them,there were 165 cases of micro inflammatory state,accounting for 49%;(2)CKD3-5 period with micro inflammation in patients,the deficiency in spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,most accounted for 54.32%.In turn is qi and Yin deficiency syndrome and Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome.Symptom of blood stasis is the most in Standard positive,accounting for 41.24%.Followed by the wet muddy syndrome,wet and heat syndrome,water syndrome and air Syndrome.The CRP,ADPN,LP,IL-6 levels in the damp heat syndrome group were significantly higher than those in the non damp heat syndrome group in the period of CKD3-5 with micro inflammation.(3)the proinflammatory factor of CRP,ADPN,LP,IL-6 in Micro inflammatory state group is significantly higher than the non-micro inflammation group,There was significant difference in CRP,ADPN and LP(P<0.05).(4)The levels of micro inflammatory factors CRP,ADPN,LP and IL-6 showed an increasing trend with the progress of CKD staging,and the differences of CRP,ADPN and LP were statistically significant.(5)The level of serum BUN,Scr,Cysc,PTH is higher than non-micro inflammation group in CKD3-5 patients with micro inflammation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum Hb and Hct in the micro inflammation group were lower than that in the non inflammatory group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.CKD3-5 patients with micro inflammatory state of the most common is the symptom of deficiency of spleen and kidney qi,Damp heat syndrome is the most important pathological factor of micro inflammation.2.The serum levels of LP,ADPN and CKD3-5 in patients with stage IL-6 and micro inflammation were higher than those in non micro inflammatory patients.The higher the CKD staging,the higher the serum levels of CRP,LP,ADPN and IL-63.Stage CKD3-5 with micro inflammation is closely related to hyperparathyr oidism and anemia in patients...
