| Objective: Through clinical research,the aim of this study is to observe the curative effect of the combination of Chinese and western medicine on polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney deficiency and phlegm,and to provide a basis and effective treatment method for exploring clinical application of this method.Methods: 60 patients with the inclusion criteria were selected to be randomly divided into two groups in 1:1 proportion.(1)treatment group: Oral Jiawei Cang-Tang and Da Ying-35 combined lifestyle adjustment,30 cases.(2)control group: Simple to take Chinese herbal medicine plus flavor Cang tang.30 cases.After three months of treatment,through the treatment of patients before and after the symptom score table,Chinese medicine syndrome score,the determination of sex hormone level of the situation of the comprehensive evaluation of the effect.Results: The results of the treatment of the two groups were compared: treatment group 90%,control group 80%,after statistical analysis,the results of the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05),the overall effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group;Comparison of TCM syndromes in two groups:Treatment group 93.33%,control group 86.67%,statistically significant(p=0.001<0.01).The therapeutic group was higher than the control group.The indexes of T,FSH,LH and Lh/fsh were statistically significant(p<0.05)in the two groups after treatment.Conclusion: The use of Kazhi-guided phlegm decoction combined with Da Ying-35 and lifestyle intervention in the treatment of kidney deficiency phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome compared with the simple use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of clinical efficacy. |
