A Clinical Observation On Xiao Pi Decoction For The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(Weakness Of Spleen And Stomach Type)

Purpose:Summarizing Professor Zheng's experience in treating CAG,deepenning the tradi tional Chinese medicine science's theoretical discussion in weakness of spleen a nd stomach of CAG,providing a theoretical basis for xiao pi decoction,and pro viding a new idea for treating CAG,by observing patients's improvements afte r treatments.Methods:Select 60 standard clinical patients with CAG of the digestive department in th e Second Hospital Of Jiangsu Province during January to November in 2017,di vide them into treatment group and control group,each group has 30 patients.T he treatment group taking xiao pi decoction,1doses per day,take 200ml an hour after breakfast and supper;the control group taking Weifuchun.A course of trea tment is 3 months,during the time,each patient must take propaganda and educa tion to make sure he take a better dietary habit and lifestyle.Results:The treatment group is superior to the control group in easing stomachache,stuf fy pain after meal(p<0.05),and overall,the treatment group is superior to the co ntrol group in releving symptoms(p<0.05).Conclusion:Xiao pi decoction can releve symptoms of chronic atrophic gastritis(weakness o f spleen and stomach type).
